“! I don’t usually make reviews but I had too cause Idk who those new workers are that’s been there this past year but Ive been a regular at this dunkin for YEARSS n There’s two female workers that’s been there one was small with dreads n the other is light skin in there I seen doing about 3-4 drinks at once n just moving through the lines , they memorized regulars drinks n always smiling , very great customer service!the best of all my years I love being greeted with a smile or happy face N there’s a guy who’s usually doing the food n he takes his time but the meal is perfectly cooked n very tasty , but these past few weeks there has been a various amount of new workers that has lack of customer service, don’t care about peoples time, speaking to customers kinda rudely (new guy) and the attitudes after being corrected on mistakes on there orders but I haven’t seen that worker , it’s just a lot now , they need fast workers with customer service experience because they have people trying to spend there money but also catch a bus, go to work or school, appointments etc but can’t cause they have to leave the line! Keep them females in front that new guy don’t know what he’s doing training needed !Kid-friendliness: I love the interaction with the teenagers they all talk about the workers! Over the summer I seen some kids come in and get their year books signed from the female workers , it was very cute to see !“

“Best Dunkin I've been at in years. Good vibes and fast service. However, whoever the manager that worked Saturday the 22nd around 9am could be alot nicer to the employees in training. The young man was trying and I'm sure embarrassing him in a store full of customers isn't the right way to train anyone. I'm a chef and have been in food service for 24 years and I know that when you are nicer to people they receive information better.“

“the employees here should be able to accept tips like everywhere else... the kid, that always takes my order is soooo freaking friendly, sharp, and has a lot patience with those crazy people from the methadone clinic... I'd be worn out personally but he keeps it cool under pressure! i was gonna give him a $20 once and he said they couldn't accept it.... that's just unacceptable! 5 stars!!!!!“

“Been here many times. I legit think the French toast here is the best I've ever had (and I have had a lot of French toast). It's so perfectly fried, and there are many delicious topping choices. My favorite I've tried is the seasonal pumpkin one in the fall. Bit of a sweetness overload though, can't finish it all. But hot tip: they do half portions of French toast so you can combine it with something savory. I also like their sandwiches, biscuits, and home fries. Despite a lot of love for their pancakes, I'd say they are just fine. Mixed experiences with service are making me dock a star. Sometimes they are very slow and inattentive. Even with reservations, they sometimes make you wait a good bit for a table. I guess it makes sense since this place is SO busy. Without reservations, the wait on weekends is insane. So def recommend making one or coming on a weekday.“

“The little cakes and drinks are seasonal but they're so cute and delicious. I went in August and got a mango and a rose cake and a lavender drink. This January there was an apple and a hazelnut cake. They also made us a mocha latte that was so chocolatey and delicious. I love this place! It's pretty cozy and there's not a ton of sitting areas just fyi“

“Sip of Joy is a lovely spot in the South End to enjoy a drink and pastry. The service is friendly, and the space is bright and welcoming. There are different types of seating, including counter stools and a large table.I got a plain croissant that was warmed up, and an iced chai latte. Both were tasty, but while I wouldn't get the croissant again, there were other treats that I want to try in the future.“
