Dunkin is a lifeless option in MA with overpriced prison food and drink and I leave disappointed nearly every time I leave. However that was not the case today. I walk in to what appeared to be a full work staff. They had 2 young ladies cleaning, one was sweeping the floor and the other was washing the walls. They messed up my friends order, and then when he asked the drive thru girl to fix it, she acted confused and said this is what you ordered.. when the drink clearly looked NOTHING like what he ordered, because I know what he usually gets.. lol
