Not only did he provide a well made Pink Drink ( best one I’ve had), but he went above and beyond to make me happy. I had a very disappointing experience at the Lynnfield Market Street location and Bobby made sure that I was satisfied with my experience here! Definitely will come back here. We need more people like him!“
“The girl who was working the drive through at this location (Rt 1 North) this morning around 9am was on her A game. After handing me my drink she noticed it looked like it was made wrong and asked me to take a sip of it to make sure. Sure enough she was right and she took it back and remade it super fast. I consider that going above and beyond because most people would have just let me drive off with the wrong coffee and not have cared. Thank you for being awesome!“
