“I have been to many Starbucks locations, and this one hands down makes the most consistently good drinks. I get the same thing pretty much every time and they always nail it. My drink has oat milk in it and this is also the only location that doesn’t skimp on the milk and leave a gap in the drink (Allston Starbucks leaves a gap every time without fail). At first I wasn't sure if I would like it or not, but it was the perfect treat for a rainy day. A nice hot coffee to warm you up while walking around Boston. This Starbucks has wireless charging pads at all its seats, and if your phone doesn't support wireless charging, they'll lend you a key-like device that enables wireless charging for your phone. I do think this is probably the best Starbucks location in the area in terms of efficiency and consistency, even during peak rush times! I also appreciate that the order ahead is regularly working, which is great for me to pick up my coffee on the way into work for the day without having to worry about ordering inside.The baristas have also always been kind to me when ordering and even giving their recommendations for their favorite drinks. It definitely makes me enjoy the experience a bit more. The inside of the store has decent indoor seating and is always clean. “i was on a HUNT I went to FOUR starbucks this one being my fourth and it was the first one to have the boston mugs and not only that but they had tumblers too and massachusetts mugs the rest of the city only has northeastern mugs or nothing at all. my only complaint is that this was my fourth starbucks i had been walking all day and it had no chairs or tables for some reason so that wasn’t very welcoming“
“This little Starbucks is inside the Star Market on Huntington Ave. It's open early, at least 7am, but usually if you go before 9am you can only access it through the doors facing Ring road.There is no seating, though there are some tables and chairs to the side of the grocery store. Another option is going across the street to the Prudential, where there is seating in the courtyard.The coffee itself always meets expectations, I've never had a problem with it or the food. The staff are very friendly and good at their jobs.“

You can find all that SB has to offer; however, for payment one must use BU Convenience Points, SB App or good ol' fashion cash. If you're a BU student you can access the Wi-Fi for free. “It was a long, loopy walk to find a "participating location" that would honor the Happy Hour Thursday deal (FYI: SBs inside hotels do Not), but I hit the jackpot with this particular Starbucks, entirely due to their baristas! The cashier worked her wizardry to ensure I got the BOGO Happy Hour deal I had been wandering town for, with a little ingenuity and not a drop of judgment. Chai Tea latte is my go-to, but I royally screwed up my second item. Lucky for me, the other barista was eager to make it right. She let me keep my weird one and was even relieved that I asked for a corrected one. I think it bothered her conscience to let me leave with my confused concoction, and I am so, so grateful to both of the baristas for being so accommodating! So I left there with 3 grande drinks for the price of one: Iced Chai Latte could not have been more perfect for a warm walk back to the hotel; Iced White chocolate gave us a great afternoon pick-me-up; and we even managed to finish most of The Other One...eventually.“

“In this particular Starbucks they actually listen when you tell them light ice and more strawberries I went to the one on Alice Street in South Boston this morning and I pre audited with the app and I ask for light ice and two scoops of strawberries they didn't even give me once scoop of strawberries and half the cup was full of ice“

Can't order ahead and there is very limited seating, but the staff is friendly and there are bathrooms inside North Station and possible downstairs in the Market. My order came out perfect and won't hesitate to come back.“

Kind, caring, friendly, professional. They always remember customers. I cannot speak more highly of this location and the staff. The space is always clean, organized, and comfortable. The only negative for this place is that there are often no tables, due to students taking them up for long periods of time. That's not the fault of the business or management. “I love the staff at this Starbucks, i go in every morning and sometimes in the afternoon and whether its Monsie working or Willow (makes my coffee to absolute perfection). They make the start of my day so seamless but i was in the other day and i noticed one of the "managers" or higher up I'm not sure their position but they were SCREAMING at one of the baristas (jahnea who's an absolute gem) and it felt like i was in a WWE wrestling match... i mean put aside the unprofessionalism of reprimanding one of their staff in PUBLIC, the way she was being spoken to was so uncalled for. This Starbucks wouldn't be running without the baristas so maybe show them a little respect because the customers notice anyway, 5 stars to the wonderful baristas who make every day a pleasure, negative stars for the management team who really needs to get it together and treat their staff with some common courtesy.“

“This Starbucks literally had a LINE since 6:30 AM (opening hours) and was growing constantly/rapidly throughout the morning! This is probably because it's a popular spot for conference(s). My coffee (16oz Grande Americano, light splash of cream w/ 3 Splenda) was really good though, better than my usual Starbucks, honestly. It was also fast (my mom also got a Chai latte). We also shared the kale mushroom egg bites which were REALLY good (was my first time trying, would 11/10 recommend), and the blueberry scone which was VERY MEH (would NOT recommend)! Overall coffee was fast but it's definitely a busy Starbs.“

I can't believe the nasty reviews.I work and the area so I come by often and everyone is so pleasant even the week day people I see maybe once a month because the line was too long on the plaza. In 3 years, I've only ever had one problem and it was fixed immediately. This reviews stems from multiple experiences but there was one particular day where I was in shambles and they took care of me. “I have a secret habit, that isn't really a secret. I don't drink soda - I kicked a serious soda habit in 2015 and never looked back. I only drink water w/an occasional unsweet tea like once a month and then occasionally I splurge on Strawberry Refreshers when I need a caffeine kick. But instead of water or lemonade base, I sub a green tea base. This Starbucks made the very best version I've ever had. Venti. Lots of berries. Perfect ice. We got Unicorn cake pops to boot lol.
