“Eating at Jim's is like living the good old days again. I've never once left unsatisfied or unfulfilled. The charm is quintessentially New England. This is a timeless establishment that will never be out of style - will never not be cool. Feels like home. From the good natured local patrons to the respectable hardworking staff - Jim's has it all. I will continue to come back and recommend it to anyone I know.“

“I saw a Reddit post claiming this was the best breakfast sandwich and I had to try it. I got the yahoo with sausage, and it was ready within minutes. The sandwich was solid especially given the price ($7.76) but nothing really stood out to me. The workers are all super friendly, and there's a mini seating area which was nice.“

“High-end gourmet deli! Catered lunch for 12 on 2 consecutive days. Pinwheel wrap tray and All-American cold cut platter were each a lovely presentation and delicious. Many complements from the meeting attendees! Would order again. Thank you!Parking: Not a lot of spots but no difficulty finding an empty space at lunch time.“

“I love the food and my friends there there the best option if your in Eastie that’s for sure“
“Had a burger plate with fries and rings; delicious for a good price! No frills - it's a hole in the wall place - but good food made fresh to order with great service. The style that reminds me of some of the great small town burger joints I've had over the years - not the gastropubs and brewery/restaurants that seem to be way more common in Metro Boston. Bravo!“

“OMG, The italian sub is full and I mean full of top quality meats. If you order a large you can not finish it in 1 sitting. I always thought New Deal in Revere set the bar on Italian subs but Anthonys takes the prize on this one. PS. I heard the eggplant parm sub is also the best you ever had! Worth the drive from any where!“

“This place is amazing. The food is the best I’ve had in quite some time. Always fresh too. I live a few states away and anytime I’m in Boston, I make sure to stop by here. Great prices as well. They really treat you like family here too! 1000/10“
“Lovely store, with many Polish and European people, never ending good food, quite a selection of deli meats and cheese, and the vibe of the shop is nice. Stop in if in the region. The parking is horrible, but I will not lower the rating as it is not a option the owner can even change.Parking: Limited parking (roadside) on the street, in front of the store. Usually crowded and filled.“
“Very well located and excellent establishment!!! Pastries, homemade food, burgers, everything is delicious, you can get a taste of Brazil and satisfy your nostalgia a little. Don't waste time or have any doubts, this is the right place to remember our origins.“

“Catering. Chicken parm, eggplant parm & raviolis were excellent. Got chicken florentine too, ehhh. Expected it to come like the parm.(same price) chicken topped w spinach & cheese & sauce. But it was all chopped up & loaded with ziti. It was mostly a pasta dish. The biggest offense w it for me was that it had red peppers in it. Yuck. My fault I guess cuz I assumed it would be like I have had everywhere else. Everything else I ordered was delicious & eaten. Only thing I took home was a full tray of of the Florentine which will go bad cuz I don't like peppers. Prices are good too.“

“Great locally owned spot for breakfast. The food was fast and fresh! And a great value! I had the 3 cheese omelet with breakfast potatoes, they were skin-on reds! My young daughter (9) had the English muffin egg and bacon —she wholeheartedly agreed. Beats the socks off the chain places nearby with preprepped frozen foods being made by people who don’t care.“

“Went here after checking in at our hotel, mainly stopped by because it was close by and we were starving. Didn't expect to walk in to an authentic grocery store and sub place. Tried the sub with chicken, coleslaw, tomatoes, can't remember what else was on it. Solid 8/10, good sub and huge portions def recommend for seaport area sandwiches! Also had seating in the back.“

“Everyone's got a go-to lunch spot and they're all the best on earth, I know. But here's another, all the same. Must have had a hundred lunches there over the years, not one of them ever subpar in any way. It's a high-quality delicatessen with all kinds of options, you're in good hands, you're gonna love it.“

“While visiting Boston I was looking for a good Italian sammie. After reading lots of reviews, I settled on Milano's and I'm glad I did! The staff was fantastic, as a chatty midwesterner I always want to talk, but the people of Boston do not. Once they found out I was from out of town they wanted to give me all the food advice, and were absolutely the sweetest. I had the Italian Grande, the Arancini, and a ricotta canoli. The sandwich was probably the best Italian sammie I've ever had, and I think my favorite meal in Boston overall. Just sad I didn't get to grab a sandwich on my way out of town.“
“Exceptional breakfast near South Station. Highly recommended“
“Stopped by here to grab some sandwiches to go for my son and myself on a busy, activity packed Saturday. We got an Italian and a Roast Beef and Turkey on heroes. Very generous portions, packed with fresh crispy lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Nice pickles and hot peppers too, upon request.Very satisfying sandwich. There were 3 families seated enjoying sandwiches and the sandwiches all looked delicious. The pastrami also smelled delicious. I have to go back there to try it next time. :)“

“Absolutely the best sandwich in the Boston area! Just finished a gigantic Italian sub with everything on it along with an amazing Roast Beef Stallion. Neither of us could finish it, they were so amazing. Also got a couple cupcakes for dessert and we are absolutely in heaven. Bill and his wife are the nicest people on the planet. The family has been managing that place for 60 years and it shows. Incredible experience. Thanks Bill and family! We will be back!“

“Excellent sandwiches - love their Italian sandwich. I normally don't like Italian sandwiches (too much fake balsamic vinegar and often presliced) but this place is the real deal - sliced to order, fresh ingredients and the right bread. And the owners seem like a nice couple. Definitely check it out!“
