“The ambience is amazing. In the summer, I enjoy pulling my boat up and walking to have good food overlooking the lake. The staff is incredible and super friendly. The owner is always walking around, shaking hands with everybody and being friendly making sure everybody is happy.. The restaurant manager is amazing always constantly asking me if I’m happy with my food and service. The bartenders the waitresses everybody is awesome. The new cook is amazing and the food is great. “We have been wanting to try family pizza for a while and have had a few local spots. The main concerns I see reviewers discussing are one off quality issues, and the place being dirty. To be forward, this isn’t a place that you sit down and dine in, in fact there is no seating. I did a thorough walk through and the place is in fact relatively clean but has some outdated items. The place was probably white tiles and shades back in the day, but has yellowed with wear and tear. Pizza places have a lot of grease touching the walls and floor. We got a pizza and wings and the pizza was very filling, lots of toppings, cooked perfectly. The wings were very crispy, not wet or saucy, but good in their own regard. I ordered spicy, they were not hot at all, this is fine because many people order spicy then complain wings are too hot in other places. This is a perfect, quick to pick up weekend pizza place, 36$ for the lot, can probably feed 4, we had about half leftover with 2 of us for a large pizza and the wings. They were quick and accurate on the prep time. Great local spot will go again, better than valley, Elms, alessios, Boston bay, and Millie’s in my opinion. About even with Pasquale’s but they make a white pizza which I don’t think Family pizza offers. Better wings than most places if you like them not saucy but very crispy.“

“After a long day and camping the next day, the last thing I wanted to do was make dinner. I decided to call into GiGi's in Westfield for a meatball grinder and their tortellini soup. I must admit that I am picky about meatballs as most places tend to be full of bread and don't' have much of a taste. Gigi's meatball grinder was excellent and a "Shout Out" to the chefs. Their soups, salads and pizza I have had and recommend them as well. The counter staff was very pleasant on the phone and upon pickup as well. I will order again and highly recommend Gigi's to my family and friends.“

“I’m an over the road semi truck driver stopped by for parking and decided to grab food. I ordered a veggie pizza. Can’t tell you the two young girls name that took my order but they were super nice and super friendly. I really enjoyed the service my pizza was ready in no time. As you can see the pizza looked great and the fact they have semi truck parking in the back was a plus. Would I recommend the food yes!!! The have a nice menu they also have cheese cake and a few other desserts and drinks. So come hungry and leave full!! You won’t regret it.“

The Grand Ball room was beautiful!! The ceremony area, background and grounds for pictures were perfect. Dawn, our event planner certainly went above and beyond to make the event run smoothly. “I tried to find better wings than Pizza Times', but theirs are seriously the best around. My favorite are the garlic parmesan dry rub...mmm!
Their crispy chicken wrap is delicious- lightly breaded chicken, and plenty of it.
I'm not a big fan of the pizza, but my family is, even my picky kid.
Pizza Time is consistent and reasonably priced. I typically don't order- out for dinner, but when I do, I can count on Pizza Time to make everyone happy.

“Called in an order, they delivered promptly. The items I ordered were correct; tri sampler, one slice of cheese pizza, one slice of cheese pizza with bacon and broccoli. However, I ordered the sampler because the website stated the jalapeño poppers had cheddar but they are in fact cream cheese based. I would have gotten something else if I had known that. Pleasant woman on the phone. I hope everyone working there has a great day, I know first hand how hot it gets working in a pizza shop in the summer.“

“I get various items there very often. My 12 year old daughter loves their medium cheese pizzas. She likes the regular cheese one and the 6 cheese Wisconsin one. She also loves the bread knots and bread bites.I order our food on line and when finishing ordering it I go pick it up. It is finished by the time arrived. Walk in, get it and go home. I get home and the food is still hot!The employees I deal with are friendly, polite and are courteous.“

The cold ham and provolone grinder I got had super soft, fresh bread which is so hard to find these days! Most places use old bread and I’m always disappointed. Also I’d gently suggest giving the place a quick clean because I didn’t like the floors and some of the tables were slightly dirty. A quick clean will fix that. Other than that I recommend this place for those looking to have a quick bite.“
