“I hope these reviews get read by franchise owner/manager. I 'called' this store and couldn't believe someone answered because my regular McDs never does! Brandon was so polite, apologetic for the service that I received at McDs on Metacom in Warren. Just all around professional, kind and informative!I live in Bristol and go to the ghetto McDs on Metacom for McFlurrys. They NEVER answer the phone, the doors are locked 80% of the time at 7PM and they leave the drive-thru open. But you see them standing around laughing and Manager throws tantrums and denies giving you your PAID food if he doesn'tlike your attitude especially asking if the dining room closes early & he SCREAMS. Luckily I have it all on video. I've had the worst experience at Metacom and I will NEVER go back. I will drive the 10 min to this CLEAN McDs in Swansea with polite, helpful staff!!! Kudos to the great workers that really strive on customer satisfaction. Brandon was busy (though he never said it, I could tell) and he never made me feel rushed! “My order was fine no issues. A customer came in and insisted on her order being remade .She said it was cold. The manager was extremely professional and remade her order.The date was 3/3 and the time was between 12-12:15.The manager was very polite and helpful to this customer.“
“Let's start with ambiance, this place is super cute and the coffee bar is a nice addition. Servers are always pleasant and I haven't had a bad meal. Let's talk coffee, they make a great drip and specialty coffees. I particularly like their lattes, they taste like coffee (dark roast) and not milk which reminds me of European coffees. We've eaten here a few times, not pictures are their biscuits and pancakes - both delicious. Plan on a wait unless it's early weekday morning.“

Great location next to the great Pivotal Brewery, and you can bring food from Basil & Bunny to the brewery. “Ok, you want a great burger? Be prepared to take a bath afterwards. And that's not a bad thing. I had the juiciest, most tasteful burger I've had in ages. I regret I didn't take a picture, but when I took the first bite, I didn't stop. Had the special maple bacon cheese burger. Our waiter was great, upbeat and personable, and the place is clean! The only thing I have a problem with is the loudness, but it's a bar and grille. It's what you'd expect. Won't stop me from visiting again!“
