“Was working on a roof repair next door and stopped by with my crew for some food. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The service was friendly and attentive and the ambiance was cozy. Great spot for a satisfying meal.”

“The food service needs to be there when you order comes out. 2 people did get there drinks right 1 get gingerbread other people get water when they get there food 1 people ask not want any grave on their meal and they did not check to see if all people have meal and I Know they will be problem when service person who has come over and ask us all the food order again my did not get my order and it came out 25 minutes late after reset of the party get there it was the way I ask for it to be cook.”

“I attended for my first time yesterday and was not disappointed. I think the only thing that surpassed the food, was the service. Our server was so patient and willing to work with us on deciding what to eat/ drink. She worked with us to determine what flavor pallet we were craving.”

“Our server, Brooke was fabulous, attentive, helpful and smiling. The place itself was inviting with indoor or outdoor seating available. The tables indoors were low or high top and there was a bar. The wallpaper was lovely and the old wood was beautiful. The beer was iced cold and the sugar rim was delightful. The martini needed a bit of help but after some collaboration it was great.
We had apps with our drinks, the first being chicken fingers. They were inconsistently cooked with some portions being juicy and other parts dry. A skimpy portion of celery and carrots were served with them. The second appetizer was buffalo chicken rangoons. The rangoons were only partially filled and they had absolutely no heat in them. Although they were perfectly cooked, the lack of flavor and skimpy filling left us not being a fan.”

The food was not only flavorful but was also served in generous portions that left us more than satisfied. Our waiter was warm and attentive throughout our meal, and a special touch was the owner personally stopping by our table to check in. She was genuinely kind and welcoming. She shared that all of the food on the menu is made fresh daily. Highly recommend The Pearl for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Portuguese food in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.”

“I loved everything about my night out at Andy's. The steak medallions were melt in the mouth. The selection of gin was enviable and even the glasses they were served in were gorgeous! Staff were courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend....and best of all the bill was a pleasant surprise! I will be back!”

“Decent pub food, fast service. Ordered sweet potato fries extra crispy and they came out actually crispy (and tasty). However, the chili was entirely forgettable - very little heat and lacking flavor with a thick layer of semi melted rubbery cheese.

Overall, this was in between a 3 and a 4 star for me, but the fries and fast service bumped it higher and gave me hope that maybe some of the other dishes would be better.”

“Took my family here for the first time. Delicious burgers and dogs, hand cut fries, and homemade onion rings, plus a vintage Coca-Cola theme and friendly owner. We will definitely be back!”

“The atmosphere is very nice here and staff incredibly friendly. Coffee is delicious- my only complaint would be that the lattes are never warm enough. I like my coffee hot, the lattes are luke warm. I always have to bring mine home to heat it unfortunately.”

“Let me start by saying I’m 61 years old. I grew up eating papa Gino’s pizza. And I HATE cheese. … I’ve been going to the Papa Gino’s on depot drive in Taunton for a while now. I’ve had a heart attack and dispise cheese- from the smell to the thought of it, so pizza is not usually on my agenda. The past few times when I’ve placed my order BRENDIN has helped me. I use minimal amount of cheese. A little extra sauce. And I say… you’re the artist create me a masterpiece. BRENDIN the pizzas have been AMAZING. This compliment to him is well over due. I have never eaten any pizza for any where else other than Papa Gino’s. With service like Brendin and a delicious pizza why would I? Papa Gino’s customer for life. Thank you. And Brendin is considered the pizza king”

“I am a regular customer for this establishment ; the food at this restaurant is consistently fresh and delicious. I order delivery a few times a week and the customer service is excellent. Everyone that works there is pleasant and courteous ; from the person that answers the phone to the delivery person. I cannot say enough good things about Pizza Perfecto; it does not disappoint.”

“I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today. Their homemade corned beef hash was more like mashed potatoes and had no flavor. When I asked the server to take it off my bill, she refused, saying I'd eaten some of it. I was surprised by her response, especially given my background working in a 4-star restaurant, where we'd immediately remove an unsatisfactory dish from the bill. The server's failure to involve the manager and her argumentative tone made me feel uncomfortable. Despite my usual positive experiences here, today's visit was unfortunate. 😞😩”

“It was a slower day at work for me today down the street, so I stopped in Maria’s Place to sit and have a bite to eat for lunch. I ordered a quesadilla and it was delicious! Everything was seasoned to perfection. Maria’s Place has such a large variety of tasty food on the menu. It was so hard to pick just one plate to eat! I love this little gem.”

I am not from the area- I found this place online and called to see if they delivered to my sisters area- Jean that answered the phone said it was somewhat out of their normal delivery zone - but Matt that did the deliveries -said they would do it since it was a special birthday delivery- and then - they even wrote a Happy Birthday message on the pizza box...AND to top that- my sister said the pizza was AMAZING!!!! Totally recommend this place!! Thank you to Jean, Matt and manager Susie!! You guys are wonderful and appreciated!!”

“I’ve tried almost every place in Taunton searching for a new Chinese food spot that’s as good as my favorite spot where i previously lived, and Lucky House is my winner. Ive been coming here for about a year now, and have enjoyed everything, very flavorful food. Had Lucky House and movie night with the family, they all enjoyed the food as well”

“Atmosphere is perfect if this is the type of place you are looking for. Very dive bar feel and vibe, but friendly. Felt like i was in my friends basement in the 80s, but i liked it.”

“I got a cheese pizza here that was delicious but just wish it was cooked more underneath but tasted really good. I have also gotten there full sheet pizza as well with pepperoni and that was delicious too.
We always order from here when we have parties and haven't been disappointed yet.”

“Food was actually really good. I say this because when you walk in it's bare, dreary and warm. Not very comfortable for a sit in restaurant. Ordered the Fried Haddock and Fries. 2 very large pieces of fish. The right amount of batter. Actually perfect for my taste. Fries too were hot and crispy. It can definitely use some updating inside. But at the same time it's like a hidden gem.”
