Grove Street Tavern is a local pub that serves delicious bar-style food and pizzas. Their pizzas have a buttery, crisp crust and are cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is homey and friendly, with smiling staff and a wide selection of drinks on tap. The menu features a variety of specials, soups, and burgers, as well as mouth-watering pizzas with creative toppings. The tavern is clean and comfortable, with ample space to move around. It’s a quiet place, a little hole in the wall tavern, with plenty of places to sit and enjoy lunch. The food was out of this world good, incredible, and absolutely amazing. The tuna melt was very tasty. The burger on a nice roll was huge and very good, with plenty of fries. Fish & chips, Greek salad, grilled chicken, and mozzarella sticks were also enjoyed. The cup of chili was flavorful but tepid. The environment is fun and home-like, with a good loud vibe. The bartender interacting with a couple at the bar was incredible. There was a gentleman playing the acoustic guitar. It seems like everyone there has been going there for quite a while. It’s a perfect environment for families and for couples to go and have a date night.
