“Hidden Gem for Soft Serve. Not fancy/no atmosphere, just good SS ice cream at very reasonable prices. Can treat the whole family for much less than $20 which is rare. Service is very quick and friendly. Plenty of parking and picnic tables if you want to save your car seats.“

“I found 978 Cafe a couple weeks ago and have already been back three times! The owner and his wife are SO nice and genuinely care about their customers. When regulars come in, they were greeted by name and asked if they were ordering their usual. Places like this have always stood out to me.Food is AMAZING! I highly recommend the Boston Burger and the Sweet Chili Meatball Sandwich, they are so good!I usually get an iced caramel coffee or a hot dulce de leche coffee and both are delicious!After coming here multiple times, I can definitely say that the consistency and quality of food / drinks will keep me coming back. A hidden gem for sure!“
“The ice cream is superb. So creamy and flavorful. The prices are reasonable and there are plenty of flavors to choose from. I prefer a chocolate based ice cream, and they are all delicious. In warmer weather there are tables out front to eat at. In colder weather there is seating on the inside that is comfortable and clean.“

“Have had BBQ all over the country, and unfortunately around the local area too. This place however, makes some really legit legit meats, with their St Louis dry rub style ribs being the shining star. Absolutely the best rack of ribs I've had in New England, meaty and smoky with a perfect pull off the bone. The chicken wings as well are surprisingly excellent, super crispy and offered with traditional southern flavorings. Love the moist cut of their briskets, just great S&P seasoning. For sides, the fried pickles and potato salad are awesome, but I personally really like the dirty rice the most, I just wish they gave you more.“

The title of this listing is food truck, but they are now a restaurant located on Park Street in downtown Andover. If you like Indian food, you should stop by. Take out or dine in.“

“I was really looking forward to trying Vietnamese coffee from a café for the first time and my expectations were met and exceeded! I even got to try a version of cold foam that was completely new to me which added a wonderful sweetness to the strong flavor of the Robusta beans. The staff were friendly, kind, and patient with me as a new customer. I'm sad this location will be closing soon for renovations but look forward to trying their 2nd location a few minutes away in the meantime.“
“Went in to dine for the first time yesterday specifically to try the Bun Rieu (a seasonal special for just this weekend using fresh crabs from Gloucester!). It was absolutely incredible. You could taste the love and care put into the many hours it took to prepare each component of the dish. The crab roe cake and broth in particular were spectacular. I felt like I was eating Michelin star soup and it was worth every penny for the price of ingredients and labor. I have a lot of respect for the head chef and kitchen staff for the extraordinary amount of work, thought, and love they expend bringing authentic, fresh, and exciting Vietnamese cuisine to eastern Massachusetts. We ate our soup with fried dough and a mango smoothie with boba. What’s not to love? “I've been here a few times at each time everything is delicious! The staff are quick and friendly and there are a ton of flavors to choose from! I just got the maple soft serve which was perfect for fall. I think next time I'll try the pumpkin. They also DENSELY pack the take home quarts and it's fantastic. Looking forward to going back“
