Used to be a favorite Dunkin of mine. Unfortunately their food and coffee has really gone downhill and is very inconsistent! Coffee always has a bitter taste

The cashier greeted me and took my order as soon as I entered and didn't pretend like he didn't see me. Thank you for great customer service!

Traditional Dunkin' limited staff working very hard to keep up on a busy Saturday. Doing a great job to keep things moving.Starting to run out of some varieties of donuts by 1130 am but a large enough selection to substitute favorites. Busy parking lot with the right amount of parking with accessible spaces near the door with easy transitions.Parking: It can get busy and a little tight when the drive up gets backed up.]Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly easy to get on and out but I do not believe there are automatic doors.

For the first time ever..when I went thru the drive up I was told they had no donuts...I asked her to repeat what she said cause I thought I heard wrong. No donuts! I wondered if they had a camera view of customers who went thru their drive. If they did they would have seen me shake my head in disbelief that this place had no donuts.I settled for a bagel. The person on the window service was very apologetic and polite so she got 5 stars rating

Double-check your food! They always mess up. Order a plain bagel (toasted with nothing on it) and they added a blop of cream cheese…

I am hardly ever able to get a blueberry muffin on a Sunday afternoon.Although the service has been a tad better lately, they never seem to have enough staff on hand to service walk-in customers.

Higher priced dunks in the state by about 50 cents to a dollar per coffee. Feel bad for employees I can't afford to tip when my coffee cost almost a dollar more.

Coffee does not taste good. Hasn't been good more times than not. Dunno how they screw it up, but they've found a way once again. The owner needs to step up and get involved with quality if they want continued business. Gourmet Donuts just got some new business.

Came in Saturday, Dec 10th. Around 1pm. Asked for a remake and they threw my food on the floor and there were so many HUMAN HAIRS in it and then looked me in my eye and gave it to me. Like u wanna get sl@pped?Disgusting.In the morning this place is fine because it's run by adults. In the afternoon.. a bunch of 16yo who don't know what tf they're doing.

Not a fan of their coffee. But the new bacon snack was good.

Our drinks were not made properly. They didn't have very good attitudes either.

They put a label inside my sandwich. They don't give everything you pay for... They don't like my coffee order at all...
