“I have lived in the Boston-esque area for twelve years and have eaten so many good meals, but the fish tacos here are the only meal I needed to have before my upcoming move out west(ern MA). Cocktails are fun and creative, service is 13/10, the XL portions of fries that require to-go boxes are the only fries I’ve ever found to reheat well, and if you’re lucky, Steve will be tending bar. I love going at the slightly quieter times but I’ll never gatekeep the euphoria experienced by a meal here. Bonus perks: Max & Chelsea have the best senses of humor, the murals on the patio are always amazing, the beer and wine selection are vast (also the mocktails!), and the decor always feels like your favorite “I Spy” book.”

“I'm a vegetarian so usually don't expect much from sandwiches. The owner Sam introduced their Caprese Panini to me. I didn't eat it until I arrived at home....I almost went back to get a second one right after finishing it!! It was sooo delicious. I went there again a different time but the store was closed. I went again today for the Caprese Panini. My mouth was already watering when holding it...strongly recommended!”

“What a cute coffee shop and bakery! I had the espresso soda, a cranberry scone, and a bag of black sesame short bread. The espresso was very flavorful and well made with good crema. The baked goods are incredible, lovely textures and flavors. It's sometimes hard to find a really good scone that isn't overly sweet and this really hit the right balance. Great service as well.”

“Buttermilk and Bourbon is a must-visit for breakfast! The fried beignets are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside—absolutely addictive. The blueberry pancakes are light and bursting with flavor, and the cinnamon French toast is a sweet, indulgent treat. Everything was delicious, and the portions are generous. Highly recommend!”

“I highly recommend Greg’s restaurant. My best friend from high school Nikki who 41 and I who 41 love to go here . We go frequently. Our favorite. Nikki is in love with the summer picnic salad and literally gets it every single time we go. She knows she likes it so she goes with it kind of like Sheldon on the Big Bang theory. I love this salmon dinner , salmon bowl , grilled chicken dinner , Their veggie burger , the crunchy Chinese chicken salad and both quinoa salads . We went last night and Nikki had piece of strawberry shortcake. It was huge and so good she said . They are noted for their desserts. Bear desserts and meals around! Nikki also loves their clam chowder. Last night dining down in the pub section where we love to go we had the sweetest waitress Britney who said she remembers us cause we go a lot. We’ve had another young lady waitress with glasses couple tones who’s sweet too and a young handsome male waiter who’s awesome too. Greg’s makes best pickles too. Greg’s great place to get a great meal and dessert! We go to the East providence location on Pawtucket Ave.”

“I’m honestly glad that I waited to post my original review with a lower rating and thought through the experience a little bit more. As always, I find it a bit harder to review fusion spots. Not just any fusion either, but one that is all over the world map. It’s easy to just nitpick one dish and use it to judge everything else; but what about that is remotely fair?

For example, their Beef Rendang (a dish that I’m very familiar with - including the different regional renditions) is more like a hint towards what “real” Beef Rendang is. I don’t even need to speak on behalf of the Filipinos regarding their adobo (which I also grew up on) who are infamous to show up on public forums to criticize and say “that’s not how my grandmother makes it” (lol).

What did come to mind is the old quote that many often find negative but actually was meant to be a positive phrase (if the last part isn’t so often omitted). “Jack of all trades, master of none, though often times better than a master of one”.

That definitely applies here with their style of food. There’s a lot going on and a good portal to the true potential of each dish. Definitely give them a try! Portions are good and the food is definitely tasty!”

“I had a dinner there. Ordered a lamb kabob. The servant gentleman was less than enthusiastic. He acted a bit like as if I owed him something. Food was ok. It was a weird vibe overall. I unfortunately will not be able to recommend a place and probably will not go back myself.”

“Excellent, flavorful, vegetarian and vegan food that any omnivore (like myself!) will love! ❤️ Between all of our family, we ordered the Mexican Pizza, the Rustic Paella, Eggplant Caponata, the friday night dinner special, the Gobi Manchurian, and the kale chips. Everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Rustic Paella which was perfectly balanced in texture and flavor.”

“Nice place, just a little small. The layout could be better but its fine. The bubble tea is really good, I recommend the lavender milk tea. The tea is a little sweet but you can customize sweetness, go for 75 percent.”

“Opens at 6am which is awesome! They have yummy coffee and MEM tea as well as a massive assortment of tasty treats (those cinnamon buns are dangerous…maybe leave those for me).

They also make cakes with 48 hours notice!!!

There is one step to get in but there may be a ramp around the side. I didn’t notice. Otherwise fully accessible and plenty of parking.

“My boyfriend and I come here 2-3 times a month and we always have quality experiences. All of the sushi options are top tier and the yakitori is delicious—especially when the head chefs are in the kitchen. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL, literally the friendliest staff I’ve have ever consistently encountered. They are also dog-friendly on their patio and treat our dog with love by all knowing his name and bringing him water every time. On the occasions that we leave him home, they ask about him when we sit inside. They’re really such a great establishment!”

Both dishes (my husband’s and mine) were flavorful, perfect sized portion and speedy! We received our food no more than 10 minutes after we placed it with our waitress, who took out from memory. Cute, cozy place that is good for all meals of the day.”

“The food is delicious. Breakfast tostado plate is one of those dishes you find yourself craving every weekend morning. A couple of downsides though: it's impossible to find a phone number to call this place to order your food and when ordering online you can't indicate any customizations (like "no cheese" for allergy reasons for example). Outside seating is a nice touch when the weather is nice but during the summer the place is like one giant bee hive. Bees everywhere. Also once it gets cold outside, there are only a few tables inside which makes takeout and having a number to call that much more important!

“Have been living in Boston for 8 years and this is the best Chinese food I have had out here. Might be the best general tsaos chicken I have had anywhere ever. Big portions, fair price, fresh, cooked to perfection. My go to is the general tsao dinner special w/ pork fried rice, crab rangoon and beef sticks. Comes with enough food for 2 meals. Ken and his wife are the best!”

“Delicious Sichuan style food. I really enjoyed the mala spicy whole fish and Chengdu fried chicken. Skip the fresh chicken with mala broth which had too many small bones to pick through as you chew. Quiet place to dine most evenings.

Trivia nights are also great, but sit closer to the guy because it's the pen/paper/ runner style instead of the modern ones where you submit on your phone. “my usual go to starbucks on the weekends although this morning I wasn't very happy with having to wait 10-15 min for my drinks after my food order came out very quickly. the place wasn't even busy! 5 people behind the place and only one person making drinks one person taking orders one person making food orders. the other two walking around aimlessly. the barista making the drinks decided it was a good time to make himself an espresso as he started making my refreshers and when he drank it it dribbled from his mouth all over his shirt so he had to stop what he was doing to go clean up. not even a sorry about the wait after he put my drinks on the bar for pick up. also why are employees parking in the 2-hour customer parking spots, the signage suggests those are for customers only who I going to be there for 2 hours or less. considering it's a very small parking lot for customers I don't think employees should be parking there and taking up the space.”
