“Food is consistent. You always know what you'll get. But the employees informing me "you rule" is way too much. I don't need a third party telling me how rad I am. This is equal parts embarrassing and dehumanizing. Making your employees say that to your customers is a bad experience. You pay these people absolutely nothing and expect them to humiliate themselves to assist customers. This practice is disingenuous, lame, and cringe. “Went there for lunch with my family and the staff was very friendly and the place was clean!! Got the big family bucket and it was hot and fresh. Very impressed last time we went it wasn't that good but Awesome progress!!! See you in a few weeks because I'll be back!!“

“My husband and i travel frequently and subways are our one stop shop! We never know what to expect when going to a subway. This experience was in the top 3 in new england! Taylor,Dawn and Hannah assisted our order and the amount of friendliness, professionalism and general care for our food and day was outstanding. The freshness of food was very amazing as well! We unfortunately (but fortunately) left our debit card and went back for it the next afternoon and enjoyed another lunch that did not disappoint. We look forward to the next time we are in the Oxford area to stop by and get some lunch!“

This location also offers the veggie patty (Vegan).Kid-friendliness: Workers are friendly with kids, I have seen kids ask for stickers, as well as employees being patient while a younger child orders their own food. After multiple encounters with teenagers loitering in the store and stealing drinks under the guise of getting water, this location may be more reluctant to offer future teenagers cups for water.Parking: There are 5 spots in front of the building, as well as a lot connected that the neighbors use to park there is space for roughly another 5 cars there, and worst case there is a cvs lot 100 ft away.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get up to the building on the side entrance.Dietary restrictions: Workers are knowledgeable about ingredients of their product, however are not extremely conscientious about cross contamination. As someone with severe food allergies, simply ask them to get you a clean knife and change their gloves, and if possible pull fresh containers of meat from the fridges behind the line.“
