Staff prioritize walk ins over drive thru and you can be trapped there for 40 minutes or more to collect an online order. No warning. Staff did apologize but after waiting 20 minutes at the speaker while they served dozens at the front it fell on deaf ears.
Used the app to order ahead. I then waited in line at the drive through for more than 15 minutes. 10 of those we never moved. I was listening to a book on tape so I wasn't angry, just irritated. My meal was accurate and hot. Can't complain about the food just the service. No idea what their struggles were but I didn't see people come out any faster for those that parked and went in. Just plan a lot of time if you go here. The food will be fresh, even if there may be chaos inside.

The soda machine is always broken puddle of water on floors and black stuff in your cup from soda machine. Been there a couple of times thinking it would get better..Management needs to pay attention to store because customers may get hurt and sick eating at this place. On a good note the workers on register are excellent and polite helpful.
