“We were in town for a convention. We were a group of 16. I worked with Chris to set up a menu for our group. He was amazing! He made all the right suggestions and the food was delicious. We had a 9 year old in the group and Chris made sure that he had exactly what he wanted. The evening was terrific. Service and food was superb. We would definitely go back if we are in town again. A big thank you to Chris and the entire staff!”

The staff went out of their way to make everyone happy, bringing coffee out early when the weather was much colder than anyone expected in mid June. Chef Jeff Daigneau did everything in his power to make everything perfect, including making pizzas in the pouring rain. The BEST!!!”

“I have always loved Richards! Recently i ordered a catering order -30 sandwiches with chips, drinks, cookies the whole 9. I chose to pick up and they helped me load my car, we’re super friendly, and everyone absolutely loved the sandwiches! Shortly after i left, they called saying they had forgotten to give us our water. I didn’t have time to go back, so I suggested that they just credit me. Instead, they went above and beyond and delivered the waters to the conference I was hosting!!!! Highly recommend”

“LongHorn Steakhouse – A Fantastic Steak & Seafood Experience in West Springfield

I had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in West Springfield, where I ordered the Steak & Shrimp Combo with a Caesar salad and mac & cheese. From start to finish, the meal delivered on quality, flavor, and satisfaction.

The meal started with warm, freshly baked bread served with creamy whipped butter—simple but always a nice touch. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, topped with crunchy croutons and shavings of parmesan, a well-balanced start to the meal.

Then came the main course—a perfectly grilled sirloin steak, charred on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with Redrock grilled shrimp skewered and served over a bed of rice. The shrimp were plump, slightly smoky, and caramelized just right, with a side of melted butter for dipping. The mac & cheese was a standout, baked with a crispy, golden breadcrumb topping that added a nice crunch to the creamy, cheesy pasta.

The portion sizes were generous, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. LongHorn continues to deliver on quality steaks and flavorful combos, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. Highly recommended!”

“I stopped here on my way to Bradley for a quick dinner. I ordered my usual since I wanted something familiar and light.

The food was good but I have had better at other Olive gardens. Mainly breadsticks could have been fresher and seasoning in the soup was a little light.

I paid my tab via the tabletop tablet and I didn't receive any after dinner mints.

I am not sure if my server was new or just really shy. The server taking care of the tables across from me was an excellant server. I think his name is Brian or Brandon.”

“Long day traveling from Dallas to Newark to Springfield MA……. Exhausted! Ordered lasagna and salad for delivery to hotel. Service was fast. The lasagna was hot. Portion was HUGE. Salad was fresh and perfect amount of tomatoes and cucumbers. Great ending to a long day. I’ll be having lasagna for breakfast.”

“I placed an order for 2 milkshakes and a large Cajun fry. The lady who took our order definitely messed up my milkshake. It tasted like straight vanilla. I went back up to the counter and waited a good 30 seconds before the guy taking other peoples orders saw me standing there and got someone’s attention. The name on my receipt was Isaac R. I really hope Isaac gets the recognition he deserves because he made sure my order got fixed and even made sure I was happy with the new milkshake before I left. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied before I even got close to the door. His customer service was 10/10. (I was having a terrible day before this and wanted a milkshake because they’re always so good. He definitely made my night!)”

“out of all the mothers days, this one may be the best one I done had in a long time and I'd ove to shoutout 2 of your best Danny and Jordan...to be honest I stopped in last week and didnt interact with Danny much and thats on me, but to go in and he remembered the drink I had from the week before was incredible and got to talk to him about sports and work and most of all he was unbothered with how busy he was and thats what you love to see Jordan is an angel on earth and one of the sweetest humans I ever got to meet and it made my day to see her on this one of all days...having known her for years and seeing her at work for the first time put a smile on my face and she was unbothered as well with how busy it was and even tho I couldnt find a seat, I had no problem with it, it was expected and the only thing that mattered was seeing my angel friend and thats fulfilling enough for me💛💛shes wonderful lovely, unbothered, level headed, and takes pride in her craft and wants to be her best, the best and that she is and yall got a gem...being in hospitality myself and especially in this post p word era, finding greatness in customer service is equivalent to winning the lottery but look no further than Danny or Jordan if yall come to the storrowton..with that being said DANNY APPRECIATE YOU BRO KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO AND JORDAN STAY WONDERFUL LOVELY AND SWEET AND THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU AND THE GEM THAT YOU ARE”

“As much as I hate to admit it, I'm here several times a week. The food is consistently good. The staff is attentive and friendly. Drinks are always refilled when they need to be . You don't have to look around for a server. I would highly recommend the peel and eat shrimp, the shrimp fettuccine, and, while I hate to admit it, the mac and cheese. If you come on a Saturday or sunday, there is the joy of snow crab legs. Bon appetit.”
