“This has to be the South Shore's best kept secret! My wife and I were looking to grab a quick meal the other day and stopped by Cannoli's on Whitman's Pond. I've been to the restaurant several time for various functions, but never for dinner. Vinny was wonderful - just the right attention - no hovering, but there when we needed anything. My wife had the chicken piccata and I had chicken marsala. Both were incredible! Plus, it's affordable - around $65 for the two of us (including two glasses of wine!) This will definitely become one of our go to places!”

I ordered the Chicken and Burrata sandwich with a side Caesar salad. Both were delicious. My guest had a huge burger with sweet potato fries. We were very pleased.”

“Went with my daughter to celebrate birthdays during November. The Christmas display was so beautiful, it was such a fun way to kick off the Christmas Season!! We were seated right away, our Server was fantastic, she checked in frequently making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, we had the Chicken Marsala and the Chicken Parm, and a couple Espresso Martinis. It was a wonderful evening!!”

“We had a wonderful time at Barrell Z House this past Saturday. Our bartender, dressed in Germany garb for Oktoberfest, was so friendly and helpful. We had our little dog Ella with us and was made to feel welcome. Our bartender even brought us a fresh bowl of water for her. We got some delicious sirloin sliders for us and doggie biscuits with PB for Ella from the food truck. My husband and I enjoyed the IPA. We tasted two different types, one more fruity and aroma, the other more hoppy. We’re hop heads and both agreed that the more hoppy one was our fav! They have a nice, shady outdoor area with Adirondack chairs, a great space to soak up the beer and sunshine these early fall days.”

“Ma Reilly's has fantastic fresh foods and authentic baked irish delights. I especially loved the irish crème buns with the fresh crème and Nutella. I had a home made strawberry shortcake as well. I love the fresh wraps and sandwiches as well. I know my review isn't the best worded but the fact that I've been five times since I've discovered it (in the last two weeks) should tell you how great it is.”

“I had a salad, and my daughter had a burger and fries. I feel like you can't really mess up a salad, but you can mess up fries. That's what happened to my daughter's meal.

We ordered for pickup and when it was time to eat. My toddler struggled to eat the fries, they were so overcooked and hard for her to chew.

Everything else was good, though. I just assumed we caught the line cooks on a bad day. But... Who knows?”

“I went to Michele's to buy too ice creams totaling 16 dollars and something cents plus a 3 dollar tip ..I have my little shitzoo with me my sandy was thirsty because it's hot and muggy out side so I asked the girl if I could have a small cup of ice water for my dog and she tells the price of the water was 2.50 I said for tap water and she saids yes we're low on ice so I said just give me a small cup of tap water without ice for my dog and I will pay for the cup ..the manager turns around and saids no we can't do that... so I ask him why your not dog friendly or you don't like dogs he then tells me he has no tap water ..what a joke...then he said his brother is the manager and he needs to follow the rules so I said to him your going to lose a customer and get a bad review on yelp over a small cup of tap water and he said yes so here we are ....he just lost a customer over tap water I am a dog lover my dog goes everywhere with me and I never had a problem going to any other place for tap water for my dog so this brings me to one conclusion that they don't care for animals and any place that don't like animals I don't want anything to do with so all you animal lovers don't go to Michele's ice cream because there are so many icecream places around the surrounding areas that are pet friendly...shame on you guys ..”

“I ordered my sons birthday cake here and man oh man let me tell you, my son absolutely enjoyed his cake. The cake was just right not too sweet. How the cake came out was absolutely amazing. When I picked up the cake I wanted to cry of pure happiness, the creator of this cake did an absolutely amazing job. The customer service was beyond top notch, from placing my order, going over details with Marie to the very end where I picked it up was absolutely phenomenal. He wanted to treat my mom and I to a pizza, so I ordered from my favorite place, Papa Gino’s. He gave me $25 and the order came up to $22.46. I asked if I had enough for a drink, which I didn’t. The sales associate found a 20% coupon. I had enough for a drink and received change back. I was reminded that miracles are an Act of God’s Goodness chasing after us on a daily basis multiple times throughout the day for those who believe. There are no such things as coincidences, but there are many wonder working miracles. May God Bless you exceeding and abundantly above all you can ask for according to his will, riches and glory.”

“Let’s talk about the Greatness that is called “The Grill & Eye!” I was home on a visit and as always I try to engage a new restaurant. As my Bestfriend lives in Weymouth, I stumbled across The Grill & Eye on Yelp and we decided to go for breakfast. Before even getting there, the pictures I saw had me ready to eatttttttttttt. The location was super easy to find as it sits directly on the main road. Parking is scarce, however, there is street parking available and we were able to grab a good spot. Yaay! Walking in, the ambiance is super homely and gives the feel of a mom & pops kind of restaurant. It’s small and quaint, however, they have made great use of the space. The waitress at the counter was very inviting and welcomed us with a huge smile and friendly Welcome In. As it is a seat yourself setup, we decided to sit near the back wall. Once seated the waitress was at our table immediately. She presented us with the menus and took our drink order. OhEmGee! Let’s talk about the menu. There is no shortage of options whatsoever! The variation of food options truly make it a hard decision to figure out what you want. I’m all for ordering the entire menu, lol. In all seriousness, the menu is amazing and there is something for everyone regardless of what you have a taste for. I decided to order the platter with 2 Pancakes, Bacon, Sausage Links, and Eggs. As I don’t eat eggs, I was excited that I was able to swap out my eggs for grits. It’s the small things in life that mean the most. LoL! Once our order was placed, the excitement increased and we were ready to eat. Seeing the other orders come out for the tables around us truly increased the anticipation. Ha! Lucky for me, the food didn’t take long at all. Everything was out in a timely manner and every single item on the plate was fresh. Speaking of fresh, all of the meat was quality cuts and the grits were real grits. The food was not only fresh but it was flavorful. The sweet to salt ratio provided by the pancake syrup and meat really made every single bite a mouth pleasing, flavor rewarding experience. The bacon was crispy and meaty. The pancakes were fluffy and a perfect size as they almost covered the entire plate. The sausage was flavorful and not too greasy, and best of all, the grits were not too watery or too stiff. The water to grit ratio was spot on and the natural grit flavor wasn’t overpowered by the butter, yet the butter was present and added to the creamy smooth texture that was accomplished. Overall I am overjoyed by my meal, the service, and the pricing at The Grill & Eye and I will be returning the next time I’m home for a visit.”

Was happily greeted by Emma, an extremely kind, smiley, customer service oriented cashier. Her enthusiasm, happy, positive attitude can make a huge difference in any customer’s day. Every aspect of my own job involves exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Emma , GREAT JOB! I did mention my previous experience not to make a big deal just to be aware when preparing our order. Manager, Steve came over and Emma explained the last order. Steve took the order and listened to everything I asked for and repeated everything. He definitely cares about his store and making customers happy and satisfied. I came back shortly and Steve had put extra toppings, condiments, plates, napkins etc in a separate bag. This was perfect as I requested extra toppings and he truly went above and beyond in the best way possible to ensure we had plenty. Exceptional customer service , caring, kindness that truly goes a long way. This is so amazing and wonderful to see in a world lacking in customer service. Thank you to Steve and Emma I appreciate you both!”

“I called this place reluctantly late last night because it was my only real option at 9:30 pm (they close by 10)….i had tried it years ago and didn’t think it was very good. Well, last night they proved themselves lol! I ordered house fried rice and bone in spare ribs. Not only did they serve me with a smile and seem happy to be there still, I’m sure it had been a long day..the food was piping hot and so fresh! I was definitely expecting less ten minutes prior to closing! The rice had a little of everything and was so good! The pork pieces weren’t all fatty trimmings like most places. This was actual chunks of pork with very little to no fat. Little shrimps and chicken…so so good. I couldn’t stop eating it. The ribs were cooked to perfection, meaty, and so tasty I was licking my fingers and the bones haha! Best ribs I’ve had anywhere! The price was good too! I will definitely be back!”

It was hopping while I was there, but the drive-through lines moved very quickly. Food and coffee were just as I ordered. The young lady, Angie, who worked there, was absolutely amazing! She was extremely patient with us and and we were pretty indecisive. She was cordial and extremely friendly. I wanted to go to Cumberland Farms, but my sister persuaded me to try Honey Dew, and I'm so glad I did! We will definitely be going back :)”
