Fruit platters are always fresh. If you want an assortment of sandwiches, any pasta, stuffed shells, meatballs or a garden salad, you will not be disappointed. The presentation is superb! “15 years ago I used to eat at a Skewers near my office regularly. I still remember it to this day so when I saw Skewers2GO was near my new office I couldn't resist trying it. This was especially true when I learned it was the same company I remembered.I ordered the "Skewer Box". It was a bit pricy for lunch but worth it. The salad serving was just right. The fries were excellent. The skewers were generous serving sizes, each with 4 pieces of protein and a mix of veggies. The skewers were so full that there was nowhere to hold them until you ate the first piece! They were tasty. I even ate my tomatoes and I don't usually like tomatoes! I think I preferred the chicken to the steak, but I'd have to try them both again to decide.The meal came with pita and your choice of sauce. I chose the hummus for my sauce and while the serving size was a bit small, it was tasty and worth getting again. The pita was toasted yet still light and fluffy. It wasn't the dry cardboard I'd gotten at other restaurants. I have no idea if the pita and hummus were purchased or made in house, they were good regardless.I would definitely order again. I just wish it was closer to home!“
“I cannot say enough good things about Wildfire Catering. They catered our wedding and the whole experience was absolutely seamless. Our venue did not have a kitchen so they prepared everything from the Amigos Locos food truck. We had a traditional happy hour with stationary and passed appetizers, and then our guests went out to the truck to select their dinner. They served our 100+ guests in no time. The food was delicious and people are still raving about it – my one friend commented that ours is the only wedding she’s attended where she left very full. Beyond the amazing food, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Bryan. He is very knowledgeable and has a ton of experience in the industry so he helped to craft the perfect menu for our event that gave everyone a choice of several options and accommodated all dietary restrictions. He also worked directly with the city to get the appropriate permits. Trust them with your next event and you’ll be in great hands!“

“Hostess catered my vegetarian partner's 50th birthday this weekend, and they were AMAZING. Great to work with from start to finish. Tina was almost more like an event planner for me than simply catering - we didn't have to worry about furniture rental, they were able to organize the alcohol and provide a bartender - everything we needed.There were so many DELICIOUS vegetarian options, which was very important to us. Guests were surprised and delighted by the tiny grilled cheese sandwiches in tomato soup shots. I've been accused of setting the bar too high for everyone else's parties by hiring Hostess.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and just a joy to have as a part of our event. We would hire Hostess again in a heartbeat.“

He reviewed his set up of our house on his initial visit and was ready to go once he arrived on the day of the shower. He served individual omelettes to order and served it with amazing sides.
