We had 3 meals which consisted of brisket, ribs and half chicken with the sides of Mac n cheese (which to me could use a little smoke flavor or cheese with a little more flavor. Could just be a personal preference. ) baked beans and Brussel sprouts.Overall fantastic meal for good price.They need a bigger seating area but for a new BBQ place in New England they are on their way to becoming well known for great food. “We loved working with Julian and his team for our summer 2023 wedding! We were excited to serve paella because the bride's late grandfather was known for making celebratory paellas for large events, and this felt like a good way to remember him on the big day. Julian honored that sentiment and then some!Julian was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. He helped us understand what was possible with our budget, and he helped us make selections when it came to our table settings. He was friendly and easy to work with throughout the whole process, and he had everything handled when our wedding venue coordinator left her job and someone less familiar with the venue took over.On the day of, Julian and his team were on it! The cocktail hour spread and food were both amazing, and Julian made up plates and had waters ready for the bride and groom right after the ceremony, so we had plenty to snack on while we were having our couple's portraits done. He and his team were cooking up a show, and even let the ring bearer mix some of the paella, which our family got a real kick out of! He also took candid photos throughout the day, which felt like an added bonus. Even now, six months out from the wedding, people are still commenting about how amazing the food was. Our family is trying to come up with other occasions big enough that we could hire Julian again! We wholeheartedly recommend Julian and his team to anyone looking for amazing food.“

“The perfect ending to the perfect wedding. We had Frosty come towards the end of my son's wedding reception as a surprise to everyone. After a fun night of eating, drinking and dancing it was the perfect ending. What fun so many guests posted pictures having an ice cream. The attendant was fun and helpful and moved quickly. “I tried the plain bagel, muffin, chocolate croissant, danish, mixed fruits, and yogurt fruit cup with granola.- Plain Bagel: Subpar. Too chewy.- Muffin: Fluffy, moist, and tasty. This was my favorite of the things I tried.- Chocolate Croissant: Good but nothing special. Quality is comparable to supermarket-bought croissants rather than a fresh croissant from a bakery.- Danish: Too sweet so I wasn’t a fan.- Mixed Fruits: They weren’t that sweet, but you can never go wrong with fruits to balance out the heavier foods.- Yogurt Fruit Cup and Granola: The portion size was good. The yogurt was very smooth. I would have preferred plain yogurt. The granola was very crunchy and good.They have a lot of different menus to choose from for catering.“

“15 years ago I used to eat at a Skewers near my office regularly. I still remember it to this day so when I saw Skewers2GO was near my new office I couldn't resist trying it. This was especially true when I learned it was the same company I remembered.I ordered the "Skewer Box". It was a bit pricy for lunch but worth it. The salad serving was just right. The fries were excellent. The skewers were generous serving sizes, each with 4 pieces of protein and a mix of veggies. The skewers were so full that there was nowhere to hold them until you ate the first piece! They were tasty. I even ate my tomatoes and I don't usually like tomatoes! I think I preferred the chicken to the steak, but I'd have to try them both again to decide.The meal came with pita and your choice of sauce. I chose the hummus for my sauce and while the serving size was a bit small, it was tasty and worth getting again. The pita was toasted yet still light and fluffy. It wasn't the dry cardboard I'd gotten at other restaurants. I have no idea if the pita and hummus were purchased or made in house, they were good regardless.I would definitely order again. I just wish it was closer to home!“
“I cannot say enough good things about Wildfire Catering. They catered our wedding and the whole experience was absolutely seamless. Our venue did not have a kitchen so they prepared everything from the Amigos Locos food truck. We had a traditional happy hour with stationary and passed appetizers, and then our guests went out to the truck to select their dinner. They served our 100+ guests in no time. The food was delicious and people are still raving about it – my one friend commented that ours is the only wedding she’s attended where she left very full. Beyond the amazing food, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Bryan. He is very knowledgeable and has a ton of experience in the industry so he helped to craft the perfect menu for our event that gave everyone a choice of several options and accommodated all dietary restrictions. The apps were great - tequila lime chicken skewers, beef skewers, crab cakes, shrimp and charred corn, citrus scallops - all delectable!
