“Adorable shop! Got an amazing latte, ham & cheese croissant and an almond popover to enjoy the next day. All outstanding. The popover was to die for!! Stopped on our way to the ferry and will stop again on our way off the island.”

“The barmaid was our server upstairs. She complained that we were sent upstairs before she was ready. It was Sunday around 1230 pm. It took forever to be waited on for food. The 1/2lb hot buttered lobster rolls were fantastic but the lobster was ice cold which was strange. Mine was very wet.”

“I wish I could give this restaurant 6 starts! My bf and I went to cape cod for a week long work trip and we’re not able to find many good restaurants to eat at - that is until we found this one. The entire experience was PHENOMENAL. The host was so kind and sat us for our res early. Our server Taylor L was so kind, knowledgeable, cheerful and positive. So helpful and on top of everything. The food was all delicious and so fresh! Will be back again next time we’re on the cape!!”

“Probably the fastest ive ever had food arrive. Attentive staff. Was impressed. Had the regular chicken Ramen. Really nice broth, chicken was perfect. Juicy and soft. Noodles were peak. Had an onsen egg. Not sure how runny those are supposed to be but it added some nice consistency. Decent price. Would come again”

“If you haven't tasted these yumlish Pistachio Muffins, you haven't lived. I discovered this gem, Jack In the Beanstalk, in Cape Cod, MA. It has a sandwich bar, soups, salads, baked goods, fruits, veggies, etc. The staff were so kind and accommodating. I literally went each day for those yummy green delights, and they never disappointed. Please stop by and show them some love.”

“Today I had the opportunity to work at Thai Kitchen. I met the owner Lee what a fabulous guy him and I talked about the old days and about the old Boston back in the 80s which really wasn't too long, I didn't have time to eat lunch today so I kept working at the end of the day he insisted that I eat something expressing his concern. He gave me a dish to take home absolutely fabulous the rice dish with the shrimp carrots peas chicken was so good I can still taste it I highly recommend going to see him if you're in the area feel free to stop you won't be disappointed it's so damn good.”

“We really enjoy visiting Offshore Ale Company when we are on the Vineyard. We love its warm, casual and inviting atmosphere. The vegan options aren’t extensive, but there are enough. This time we had a great pizza which they veganized by leaving off the cheese. This is one of our favorite places.”

“First time that I dined there was this past weekend and I wasn’t disappointed. Service A+, atmosphere A+, meal……A++. My wife and I brought friends from out of town to Salvatore’s for dinner. Wow! On level with some of the best Italian restaurants we’ve ever been to. Outside “Garden” dinning was a pleasant surprise. Our server was very attentive but not too intrusive. The Classic Cocktails were on point. Pasta was definitely made in house and among the finest I’ve ever tasted. I enjoyed a “special” with mounds of fresh seafood over pasta. It’s worth a trip to this gem in VH no matter where you travel from. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Osteria La Civetta is one of our favorite restaurants! It's a cozy, intimate and romantic atmosphere, which we love. The lights are dim and the decor is unique. The tables aren't too close together so we felt like we could have a private conversation. They have a nice selection of Italian wines. I selected the Primitivo, which was pretty good. The menu is small, but still includes many great options. I had the tortelloni with butternut sage sauce. It was great! The pasta is all made fresh in-house. I also had the affogato for dessert and it was delicious. I highly recommend! We can't wait to go back!”

“Our family's go-to spot for a quick, filling meal. Winston's has great value (huge portions), great variety (always interesting rotating specials) and great service (consistently friendly). They have accommodated us with large breakfast sandwich orders, and they've made our day with fresh baked goods. They are efficient in the kitchen and have our order turned around quickly consistently, and their wide menu caters to large groups who have different tastes. A must-try and an unbeatable location too.”

“Best beer in town. Friendly servers. Dog friendly. Has been working hard to be a hub for the community which is much appreciated. There is nothing special about the location itself. Cons: Seating is not wheelchair friendly--all tables are high tables. No food service but you can bring your own.”

“The best! Celebrated my birthday here. Got a late dinner reservation and had cocktails and a bunch of appetizers with my sis and cousin. Crab rolls to due for! Charred cabbage a must. Lamb meatballs yummy! Street corn, house fries, shrimp! On the nearby table someone ordered the bouillabaisse which looked spectacular. Will have the next time I'm there for sure. A must visit in MV.”

“As a strict creature of habit, it took me a while to start visiting the “new place in vineyard haven” but I am very glad I did. I usually don’t write reviews, but Catboat Coffee is an amazing place to stop in VH. The location is super convenient and parking is never an issue. The staff is always kind, even with strange requests or questions. I have never eaten Lebanese food, thus it has taken me a long time to branch out and ask about new foods and then try them. Catboats staff always has given me good recommendations when I ask. I have now eaten nearly everything on the menu, and I cannot complain about anything. The food is delicious, healthy, and filling portions. For the quality and quantity, the prices are amazing. Their packaging is eco friendly and they give a discount if you bring your own cup, which is very appealing to me. Eco-conscious businesses deserve more light. I have tried things I never thought I would and haven’t regretted a second of it. The staff and hospitality is the nicest part of this establishment by far. I work nights and often come in the morning/midafternoon very tired and they’re always patient and kind with me when I’m a little slower than the morning rush. Catboat has an atmosphere where you feel like you’re with friends or family. The coffee is amazing and their specialty drinks are not only creative but delicious. To top it all off, you can accumulate points rewards which is always a plus. This place is amazing and a great addition to the Tisbury marketplace. Cannot wait to see what winter and next summer bring.”

“We really enjoyed our food here! We came during the busy season in August, but that was no issue. We made reservations well in advance. The food was good, fresh. They also had gluten free cake, which was fantastic. I also appreciated they had multiple gluten free desserts and they also had all gluten free options labels throughout the menu. I definitely recommend trying this place out!”

“Great local ice cream. Not many carry grapenut flavor but they do-my favorite. You can buy it by the quart as well. Plenty of places to sit outside. Great family place and several bring their dogs. I can't fault them for price because everyone is pretty much the same but the prices are too high. I can't imagine taking a whole family out for a cone.”

“I went in there last night with my daughter and grand daughter not expecting to order anything until I saw this amazing looking coffee and Oreo ice cream. It was a delicious as it looked. The owner, Elio, came in and we chatted about the shop and he handed me a loaf of olive bread by Madison Villatte, which was perfect. Excellent place with lovely owner.”
