Dunkin' Donuts in Worcester

“I love coming to this Dunkin. I just have a problem with one employee who's name is maria. She is very unpleasant. She asked my husband to tip her, then became upset when he said it's optional. Sense then he never went back. When I come through the drive through she sighs and says yup when I say my order. I have no problem with anyone else. Other employees are all pleasant and fast.“

“I have been to many many many Dunkin’s throughout my life. And this one hands down has the fastest smoothest service ever. It’s so fast that no matter the rush hour I have to make sure I’m ready because I’m not trying to mess up their flow lol I love it here. It’s my FIRST go to Dunkin’s in my way to work. They have never messed up my order which is so rare. Management is everything. The lady who takes the drive through orders is so respectful and kind and I’m pretty sure it’s her that makes sure everything is running smooth. Thank you for making my mornings so much easier.“

“Gave them 9 different type of drinks. All drinks and services were great. And it's stays open late. I believe it's 24hrs as well gas station.

Parking: Gas station as well there. Was told they sell lottery tickets now.“

“During the academic year (August to May) this is a very crowded place, but the number of staff expands or contracts according to historical need. Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“

“Had probably the best iced Americano I've ever had (from a Dunks, not in my life, obvs) which is noteworthy. They were pretty quick, too. It may be the first time this year that the beans didn't have that burnt Dunks flavor, and there was none of that weird sour water flavor that comes from dirty equipment, so I may get just an iced coffee there next time. Typically, I can't drink dunks ice coffee bc it's just not good, but this place gives me hope.“

“This Dunkin Donuts. It's pretty good. The only thing I do not like is the watery coffee but everything else it's amazing, especially one worker. He is amazing. His name is Carlos and very awesome person and he always will be honest with the customer. Love everything they sell here because it's nice and fresh“

“We went inside to order. The store was very nice. The girl who took my order was polite and we were quickly served.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot has handicapped parking. The doors will open automatically for handicapped individuals.“

“Staff here are great and friendly just have to watch one girl who works drive through sometimes not going to describe her but one of them likes to short your change by $1 pretty often I'm guessing to put in the tip cup but that same girl has done that to me 3 times now so I stopped going here. The last time I went I made sure she saw me counting the change and when I looked back at her she was really nervous, I just drove off and didn't tip and haven't been back since. I always tip too so her doing that is just a desperate move on her part.“

“One of the best DD in the area. All the employees are great! They remember your order and get it right every time, never disappointed. Depending on certain times in the morning there could be a bit of a line but they are generally fast so your not in there that long.This location is inside a gas station (always clean), has handicapped parking and also has a drive thru.“

“I went here 2 months ago and I guess their service finally became better and better since. I've been greeted by a wonderful girl and she gave me the right order and everything. “This was in Conway. you could only wish to have a Dunkin like this one. The person in the window was an older man, big smile on this face, very cheery and happy. His attitude seemed almost infectious so you went away with almost the same feelings. Your order was done right and you were on your way.“

“Great coffee, good price, the shop was neat and clean. The server was fantastic, I ordered my coffee and she was the only one working, the drive up was getting crowded and she was running trying to keep everyone happy, and I thought she did great. I really liked the coffee and service.“

“It's dunkin donuts it depends on what you get and your style of coffee they have great smelling coffee beans but without their expresso shot it's to watery unless it's done right it's not the best. But overall they have many coffee and many food options just find your flavor and customize be specific on how you want it otherwise it might be not be to par.“

“What a perfect DD! So convenient: we were down at the lake for a crew regatta and this Dunks was a perfect refuge on a cold, windy day. Staff were incredibly kind and efficient despite the unusually large number of customers for an early Sunday morning.“

“Let's break this down on this Dunkin for starters this Dunkin Donuts the atmosphere was pretty good it was not crowded but the person who attend me in the front wasn't that really polite it was more attending their cell phone then taking my order at the same time was a little bit off because soon as it was done taking my and my wife and my dad's order it was more important to run to their cell phone and go on the side but I cannot say enough about the other person who was really on top of my order was ready on top of helping me and every detail of my order and on top of that everything was nice and fresh and it was nice and hot I cannot complain about her she was very polite and very well opening at the same time the place was very clean very organized and like I said in the beginning it wasn't crowded but I do recommend and hopefully you will find a better chance of bumping into somebody we're better friendly atmosphere and will help you feel much better than what I went through“
