“Great place to eat in Worcester. A lot of menu options with something for just about everyone. Portion sizes are big enough to ensure you get to bring food home with you. Some interesting twists on conventional dishes as well. Servers were super tentative and always accommodating. Great place to go with your friends or family. Parking is hard to come by there, however.Parking: Big parking lot but very tough to find a space. May have to wait 10-15 minutes for one to open up.“

“Easy 5 stars: -our server was SO patient with us and kept coming back asking to take drink and/or dinner orders, even when weren't ready most of the time -very affordable!! -drinks are tasty!!! I ordered FOUR mojitos (coconut flavor for 2 and passion fruit for the other 2) -food was Huge! I had the classic cubano. YUM! If you look at my pic it was GIANT. Came with THE BEST FRIES!! Super golden and perfect crunch!! I paid for my friend's dinner and drink, my 4 drinks and dinner and it came out to $110!! NOT BAD!! I also attached a pic of the neon lights behind the corner booth. Super fun, hip, and trendy. Highly recommend!“

“The chorizo salmon is the standout dish of the restaurant. It is a wonderful feeling when you order a dish and the waiter replies, “great choice” and you can tell they genuinely mean it. I have never had salmon cooked to such a perfect temperature upon request. They got it spot-on at the first try, indicating that when they cook seafood, they do so in a deliberate and expert manner.“

The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely enjoyed the very modernstyle. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great! “My first time at Via's recently and I am impressed! Although pricey, which is to br expected, the food all had amazing flavor profiles. I absolutely loved the ricotta ball with crustinis, the blend of cheese with the honey topping was the perfect bite. The chicken orzo soup was quite possibly the best soup I have ever had in my life! So flavorful and rich! And the drinks were perfection. To top the night, we had the Gelato cones, and the Gelato it's self tasted like it was straight from Italy. Creamy, but light, indulgent and flavorful! I can't wait to come back!!“

“Delicious with extensive menu that offers all ur comfort foods FAVS and then some! Does get VERY BUSY. I went at 1 p.m to P/U take out on Good Friday and place was already packed with people waiting outside to get seated. Although recently went and ordered a Fish Sandwich. It came on toasted white bread.? When I mentioned that to the waitress, she said they do have bulkies and pumpernickel.So I suggested her that she should ask next time someone orders one because nobody wants to fish sandwich on toasted white bread.???“

“This is a nice thai restaurant with pleasant staff and decent food. During our most recent visit they overcharged us by accident and promptly corrected the error when it was brought to their attention. We will be coming back here in the future instead of some of the competitors.“

“Seafood was prepared quick and it was pretty good with the sauce, def recommend the garlic butter or all juicy if you like all the flavors combined. The garlic noodles were okay, felt that it wasn’t cooked all the way through and mixed with the sauce on top of the other sauce didn’t blend well. The price is fair especially for seafood so I think it’s worth the visit. The service could have been more attentive, I just felt like they kept forgetting about us, but luckily we didn’t need anything urgent.“

“I used to work in Worcester over 10 years ago and would eat here probably once a week. It was always fresh, excellent portion and value. I stopped here yesterday as I was in the area and was so happy to see Mama and her family still serving some of the best fried seafood and stuff I've ever had. Just like it was many years ago. “We had our wedding rehearsal dinner/welcome party upstairs at Nuovo in August of 2022 which included almost 100 people. We could not be happier with our choice!!! The food and drinks are excellent and the staff are so hard-working and friendly. The owners are phenomenal and genuinely care about the happiness and satisfaction of their guests. We discussed our vision for the evening with Loreta in advance and she sure did help us achieve it. We had our own bar and servers, as well as a solo live singer we hired who they were easily able to accommodate. Loreta was incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and patient. My family and I have also had dinner here and we just can’t say enough about how wonderful our several experiences have been. We will absolutely make the trip to Worcester to go back. Huge thanks to Loreta and all the other amazing staff for helping us create beautiful memories. We would HIGHLY recommend Nuovo to anyone!!“

I was very happy with the Irish Pizza appetizer.Dietary restrictions: I have a Gluten Allergy and was happy to see several options. Our server was quick to inform me that they do not use a dedicated fryer, when I asked about potato skins. The potatoes are cooked entirely in the oven to make them safe. I felt like she clearly understood my concern and was able to answer my question.I had the Reuben sandwich, which came on a Udi's roll. I think I would skip that in the future based on the roll. I'm excited to try the Pork Chop dinner. And the Irish Pizza was a lot of fun.“

The only thing I wished they could improve on is the availability of their dole whip flavors. Their vanilla and pineapple ? dole whip soft serve swirl are the best, but they are not always available. I do recommend paying the bit extra for the meal to get coleslaw.The fries (chips) are unfortunately bland and the texture leaves something to be desired. The onion rings however are delicious and have the perfect texture.Parking: Parking is in a small lot next to the building. There are about 5 spots and the nearby intersection can make exiting or entering a bit nerve-wracking.Wheelchair accessibility: There are steps leading up to the door.“
