“I don't usually get off the bus on Portage place but decided to grab a coffee. Thank you, Aminah. I thought about using my points for a cup of hot chocolate, so I aske dher if cupsize doesn't matter for 600 points of which I was short 80 points, so I pted fr a large coffee. “This is a self serve Tim's. They have regular and dark roast as well as french vanilla. They also have the same variety of sizes but I didnt see any Tim's food. Not bad, definitely not as good in comparison with non self serve Tim's, but it's not bad. Certainly better than other coffee shops around.“

Every time we come here, the staff are pleasant and move quickly and efficiently to get all the customers through without a super long wait. “Had the best Farmer's Wrap today around 2pm. I was waiting on my meal and saw the line cook/meal prep lady with the braids taking their time with the orders at hand. “Great place, bad service.I went to Tim Hortons to order something today and after I made my order I was told to go to another register because the scanner wasn't working but then the cashier did not scan my points and when I told her about it. She then pretended to scan it with a very bad attitude and told me she scanned it. So, I did not get any points or roll ups because when she scanned it, there was no order on the display.“

“I go to this Tim's relatively often. Always good. This time they filled my iced coffee to the brim, which was pretty awesome :). The guy asked me if I needed a tray to carry the 4 drinks I ordered, which I did. It's always nice not having to request the tray and the staff is considerate like that!“

As with most Tim Hortons locations, they use only one register and leave the others closed. The single point of service significantly slows down the time. “Ordered my usually here however I noticed the guy making my coffer put a container down that appeared to be almond milk. I didn't order almond milk so I asked for him to confirm that wasn't for me then he said o sorry I thought u said almond. He did make me a new coffee but good thing I noticed asnim allergic to almonds.“

One cashier at counter 90% of the time, even when walking customers are lined up to the door. It's like the management and senior staff are asleep somewhere else. “hours are spotty, they're only open during pre-class rushes and there's always a line of zombie students. they don't serve any sandwiches or wraps or more complicated drinks, just the basic muffin and coffee, and there's a small refrigerated thingy that has juice and fruit cups or something. it's great for grabbing a coffee before class, line moves quickly enough. but just don't expect a lot of menu options hereoh also the ladies working there are so cute and sweet they brighten my morning ❤️“

“So I am redoing my post because of the new manager, the old one was horrible and didn't care about the customers. The new one however is wonderful, I had a problem and not only did he listen to me but he also fixed it and makes sure that when I go it's done right. I have never met someone who took his time to make his team realize there mistake and attitude. I feel better knowing he's got my back. I only be going anywhere else unless he's there. “This is a Tim Hortons that is located inside the grace General Hospital most of the emergency entrance.It has limited hours and also I think the menu items are more limited than a drive-thru Store free standing.There are other hospitals that are in Health Sciences Center Saint Boniface Hospitaland others.I'm not sure if any of them have the good hours of the freestanding stores or the complete menu but I doubt seriously whether they do and I would call ahead make sure they're open.“

It's never open on weekends despite hours posted on the door saying they should be open.It would be nice if they actually were as I often work weekends and this the closest location that works for my commute to work.Beyond that good staff sometimes a little slow in taking orders but sometimes that's due to being low on staff.“
