Ice Cream.my.comment is about baskin-RobbinsThe service is good. But they have no product. Second time I come but when I ask for something there is none so we have to choose what they have available. There is no bathroom service. So if you want to have complete flavors, I don't recommend this place!!!!

This location is the worst and they do not honor online orders. I placed an order for a birthday cake for my son's birthday and paid in advance. When I arrived, the associates lied and said there was no order. My phone was dead so I could not show them my confirmation. The associates do not speak English at their convenience. I ordered a photo cake for my daughters' birthday (21st and 9th) to pick up on their birthday, 11/9 on November 8th through the website which assured that the cake would be available in 24 hours. I received a call the morning of stating that the cake can't be made and that she cannot refund me. I'd have to go to the store directly to be refunded. Bad customer service and false promises.
