2 days in a row they got my order wrong. First day through delivery, they did not put cheese in my quesadilla. I went there after work and asked if they were out of cheese today. The answer was no. I showed them my order and they were very apologetic. I had gotten reimbursed via app. So I go back today and pick up the order on my way to work. I will now have to drive to the Chipotle in Edgewater since this one is always running out of stuff so early in the day. This is the 3rd time that I’ve gone and they’ve run out of multiple items. On three separate occasions, at different times each time, they’ve either not had chips, or dressing, or guacamole. I could understand them running out of food near closing time, but not in the middle of the day, or early evening at the start of the dinner rush.

Worst Chipotle ever. Messy, Lazy employees with bad attitudes, Always out of stock with lettuce guacamole or chips around dinner time that they can easily make and restock but they’re too lazy to do it.
