5 stars for sure! No doubt or second visit needed to make that call. Thus far, Andina's has been the best empanadas I've had in Baltimore. The are freshly made to order. Served pippin's hot. This was my first time eating here and it was soooo good. I had the #4 Vegetarian (awesome and my fav), #8 Vegan/Tamal (really good), #9 Old Bay Shrimp (outstanding), and a Papaya Smoothie. Everything was so good. The filling combinations for the empanadas are so smart and tasty. I really enjoyed my food and drink. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. For being a small corner restaurant, this is one of the friendliest environments and best meals I've had in Baltimore. First time trying Peruvian food and I loved it and the excellent service.
