There was an issue with my order and the app was glitching and never said it was delivered, the delivery driver also delivered it to the wrong address. But the manager did everything in their power to make it right. It was very appreciated.
I made an order as usual in the app. Before I arrived at the store my app sent notification that my order was ready. As I entered into the store the associate greeted me. She ask if I needed to place an order or pickup? I said pick up and gave her my name. She then said it would be another 5-6 minutes. I was a bit confused but reply ok. I notice the only thing sitting on the pizza counter was 2 boxes like I ordered, about another 10 minutes when by and she said just a few more...read full review
Very slow to serve. The staff seems friendly, but nearly an hour wait for a medium pepperoni
