This is not authentic Dominican food. The mofongo while tasty, it was not fried at all. We had to request the salsa to be added. The chicharrón was very dry. No lemon provided. The fried chicken looked like it had been cooked frozen as 3 big pieces were stuck together. The service was poor. When I arrived, I asked if what was available was only the food in the trays in front of me, or if the menu items were also available, with very low energy (desánimo) I was told the menu items were also available. They didn’t have three things requested, among them water, which added to our frustration. It was 1:00pm. After that, the front was left idle for a long time while several customers waited for service.

Service was friendly but food did not meet expectations. Everything in my mofongo plate was very dry and did not taste fresh except for the cilantro sauce , the flavor was there but it was very hard to eat due to the dry consistency. The wait was long but unfortunately it wasn't worth the outcome. There is plenty of seating in the food court for large families .

Ordered a fruit flavored drink and burrito. Drink was very delicious. I can not remember the Latin name for it but was very fruity. The carne burrito was juicy and delicious. Wait time was about 30 minutes for the food hence the 3 stars

First time trying them and the food was delicious. I got the queso mofongo with a side of pinto beans and everything was seasoned well. Young lady was friendly. I will definitely be back to support my people. ??

Had some rabito (oxtail) it was tender and flavorful. Rice and salad were also very good.
The food is good, but you need to order it at least 30 minutes before.

I've been meaning to try them out and since I was right up the street, I figured today was the day. They weren't busy when I got there and the people behind the counter were helpful explaining the different things they had available today. I'd heard about the pollo guisado (stew chicken) being good so that's what I ordered with plantains and rice & peas. Everything was delicious and I enjoyed the spices. I'll definitely be back to try something else on the menu.
