“I was there 4/25/22. We went up to the host and told them 3. They were looking at the board seeing where they could sit up. They were busy. There were people who walked in behind us and went around and were extremely rude to the staff. Thank goodness for the host manager for stepping in and making sure we were helped. We sat in Gabe's section. He was a great server. Made sure we had refills, made we were good and the food was right. There was something that came out wrong but he saw it was corrected. He was great with my daughter and friend. If you go request Gabe!!“

“My family and I are here this past Wednesday and everything turned out amazing! All 4 of us took advantage of the 3 course meal that comes with your choice of soup or salad, main entree and a slice of cheesecake for dessert. Two of us ordered the Bloomin Burger, which has the elements of the popular Bloomin Onion appetizer on a cheeseburger. The slight crunch from the crispy Onion as well as the tangy and slight spice of the Bloomin sauce sets the burger off well. Another entree in the 3 course that someone else got was the coconut shrimp, which were bigger than we anticipated which is a good thing, and the cheesecake we all ordered at the end of the 3 course meals was nice and creamy, with a crispy graham cracker crust that was awesome topped with the raspberry sauce. And shout out to our waitress Autumn who was attentive to our table's needs during our visit. She definitely made our table feel at home as we dined. Lastly, the price point of $14.99 for the 3 course meal was a great deal for the amount of food received. Will definitely consider coming back here in the future to try different food combinations.“

“We, had lunch at this location on Nov 10th. The service was very poor and the order came out wrong. The waiter never offered to refill our drinks. We, ended up sending food back and had taken off the bill. I, asked for a manager and the waiter only came back. This was a VERY poor experience. The waiter sucked, They may need new management.“

“We had the fried green tomatoes as our first appetizer. They were tender and topped with lumps of crabmeat. Spectacular! Then we had the fried cheese appetizer. I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. My filet medallions were so tender,they melted in my mouth. Hubby got the pork loin over mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and loved it. We will definitely come back!“

“We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. “Bestie and I took advantage of restaurant week and went for dinner. Our server Jonathan was amazing. Very attentive. Also informative and helpful with my menu questions ☺️. Had an issue with my steak and he remedied it quickly. Management came and addressed the issue, which was a bonus. For drinks, I tried the Martini Tower and let's just say they were sooo strong, the tower was barely untouched given I had to work the next day 🫣. My only complaint would be the lighting was a bit too low with these aging eyes. Had to bring out the phone flashlight. Overall a wonderful experience and I would recommend and definitely go back.“
