“This was a throwback from the past on my taste buds.. The wings and one the rare places who still makes the "original mumbo sauce" was on point. I grew in the city with only certain spots you swing past and scoop that.infamous order "wings and mumbo sauce with Salt n Pepper and ketchup on your fries. They even got me in and out quickly too. Don't forget when you in the hood you have to keep your head on swivel..“

“When indecisive, go for the chefs table which includes all of the apps but also an extra tasting per course. Aside from the food which was near perfect, the ambiance is very unique outside dining in a semi enclosed courtyard, railyard bar, and dining in a lodge-like room with fireplace. Some of my favorite dishes were the veggies, surprising because I'm more of a meat eater. Cocktails were excellent but do ask the bartender since not all liquor is documented. Wine list is extensive“
“Had dinner before the Oh He Dead concert on Saturday December 17, 2022. We arrived a little before our seating and immediately were greeted and taken to our spots. Ian was outstanding! He was attentive, descriptive and helped create a good experience. Dan, our bartender, was magnificent. He created delectable cocktails and we also chatted along the way (we had bar seats which I highly recommend). This was very reasonably priced, we left very filled and happy. I want to give the highest possible compliments to Ian and Dan. The entire experience was perfect, largely because of the great food, but they took the experience well beyond a 1 star evening!“

“One of the hidden gems in the local area. The main thing I love about Kim’s Grill is that she cooks real food. It’s not unusual to come in and see a whole turkey or ham on the steam table. Both can be used to be carved to make the freshest turkey/ ham club sandwich you’ll have. From the breakfast to homemade soups and stews, Kim’s Grill has it all. Highly recommended.??“
