“We had the fried green tomatoes as our first appetizer. They were tender and topped with lumps of crabmeat. Spectacular! Then we had the fried cheese appetizer. I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. My filet medallions were so tender,they melted in my mouth. Hubby got the pork loin over mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and loved it. We will definitely come back!”

“Delicious Jamaican food, But Needed More Sauce!
I ordered the jerk chicken for delivery, and it was a fantastic meal overall. The jerk chicken itself was incredibly fresh, tender, and flavorful. What impressed me were the sides—the rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains were all perfectly cooked. Not often do I get every single side dish just right from a Jamaican restaurant, so that was a pleasant surprise!

My only minor disappointment was the jerk sauce. There was barely a teaspoon's worth, which was a real letdown for such a tasty dish.

Despite the sauce situation, I'll be back to try the jerk chicken again, along with the goat, oxtails, and curried chicken in the future.”

Ordered two Halal Beef Brisket sandwich combos with french fries and a canned soft drink each, a Halal Bacon and Brisket combo sandwich with curly fries and can of coke, Mozzarella cheese sticks combo and a chicken tender serving. Overall the family enjoyed the food, my beef bacon was over cooked and the strips of beef brisket were thin slivers of meat with a barely discernable flavor coated with copious amounts of BBQ sauce. First impression was so-so, for me. Seating was barely adequate with people standing over your head to order. It was night time and rainy sonif they have outdoor seating, it was not part of the equation tonight. I will definitely visit again as I like to support small upcoming businesses and I like the concept of contemporary American food for those who prefer to eat Halal.”

I ordered pulled pork, brisket, and smoked turkey from Weiland’s and the food was great. The attendees raved about each selection, and the total cost came to less than $15.00 a person. We could not have gone to a restaurant for that amount. Highly recommend!”

“Tried them for the first time today and am sold. Best Chinese food my wife and I have tasted in ages, and we lived in NYC for 4 years. Singapore mei fun - excellent. Happy family - excellent. Combination fried rice - excellent. Shrimp egg rolls - best I've ever tasted, anywhere. Steamed dumplings - very good, but the wrapping was a bit thick and the sauce was a bit scanty. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the calming scent of burning incense (one of my favorite things) and surrounded by the warmth of Vietnamese culture: altars, food offerings, and little touches that made the space feel sacred and alive. You could tell this place wasn’t just serving food; it was serving heart.

I ordered the Pho with steak & flank (large, because… hangover) and it was everything. The broth was rich, the meat tender, and the portion generous enough to feed both my body and my spirit. The staff was kind. Customer service started off standard, but when I asked about the difference between the meats I ordered in my Pho, one of the servers came back with a full, thoughtful explanation. It was clear they cared about both the food and the people eating it.

They had all the classic fixings! Basil, lime, bean sprouts, jalapeños… the works. I also tried the summer rolls, which were tasty (not mind-blowing, but solid), and I loved that they gave a spoon with the peanut sauce. It’s the little details that make a dining experience memorable!

“I drove up and down Route 40 the other day looking for a place to eat. Nowhere and nothing really caught my eye.Stopped for gas. Saw their little truck in the parking lot. I thought, why not? At first, I thought it was abandoned from the looks of it. But, no. They were steady plugging out food to drivers pulling up.I got the carnitas tacos. Tender. Juicy. And made fresh with a lot of love. Even the tortillas were scratch made.You can't go wrong here.”

“This store is like the other five guys. They all seem to have good staff, good food, and free peanuts. Their shakes are very good, and they use real bananas for the banana shake, unlike most of their fast food competitors. I tried it with coffee this time, but it seemed to come with extra sugar, so I probably won't do that again. But I will get a Banana shake again.”

When we realized hours later, I called the Restaurant and the manager not only found my husband’s phone, but when I came to pick it up refused a tip as a thank you. She was incredibly gracious. This is the kind of place that families can feel safe going to, that as a customer, you know that you are being taken care of by genuinely kind people, and I cannot wait to go back and give them more of our business.

Every spot around it was a pick up spot, so I did as some others did, and parked in the lot for the grocery store and walked through the line of cars at the drive up windows. I find the restaurant good for kids although I question no parking to eat in. The young lady who served us was very nice and the main store had clean tables and stocked the condiments well.”
