“We just had the best experience at this restaurant. The staff were very helpful and polite sharing lots of big smiles. We got the lamb chops which I can honestly say are some of the best we’ve had at any restaurant. The chicken in the Tikka Masala was melt in your mouth tender. The restaurant was recommended to us by a friend who grew up in India. He said it’s true to his memories of food from his mother land. Please give this restaurant a try. You won’t be disappointed. “Our table was not ready though our server motioned us to sit down while an extra table was added. No apologies, just: sit down, like we were inconveniencing her! Her attitude was approaching on rude. Orders were taken without comment, just looks. Soups were spilled onto saucers,no apologies. Coffee was served twice without spoons, containers were brought while people were still eating, same with bill. Everything was rushed, without a smile or occasional: can I get you anything or is everything ok? And why as a fine restaurant are you serving salad dressing in cheap plastic containers???”

“We expected good food, and that’s what we got. I judge things by that starting salad. It’s all in the details, with everything cut up into bite-sized pieces. My cousin opened with the lentil/sausage soup. Wonderful.And that’s just for the opener.

Our waiter Drew was spectacular—attentive without being overbearing. He was at the ready with each course in a timely manner, as well as refills on the drinks as needed. He also alerted us to a special deal whereby, if we ordered a take-home meal, we’d get $10 off. A great deal, especially since tomorrow is a holiday, and we don’t feel like cooking. His manner was affable in a most sincere way. That made the dinner even nicer.”

The love and caring of these people amaze me and while it was odd being in there today with out him. I understood why he never wanted to miss a day there. The food is OUTSTANDING! This was my first visit and I was really impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful 😊👍🏽. The atmosphere is great because the staff is super friendly! Definitely going back!!!

“Very kind manager, pleasant we were first customers for the day. During my husband and I visit they were preparing a huge catering order. My order didn't come out right after coming home. But the Italian cold cut was good. We actually ate the entire sub on our way home fresh bread very yummy. I just would check my order before leaving so they can fix it. I'm sure if the manager knew he would have definitely had it remade or added what was missing. We tried calling back after we left but couldn't get through. Again excellent customer service which goes along way. We will return to give them another try.”

“This is a lovely cafe! The coffee and pastries are all very good. You walk in and pick up a tray and paper and use fresh tongs to grab what you want and check out, where you can order coffee. They also have whole coffee beans for purchase as well as decaf. The pastries all look excellent.

There is seating and bathrooms. They have gluten free macarons but they are not dairy free, which is my only complaint! Overall a great little bakery/coffee shop!”

“Love Vaccaro’s! I have loved them many many years and I am in my mid 60s. The cookies with the sliced almonds are my favorite and out of this world! My next favorite are the Francy. They are great with morning coffee. I don’t make it to Hunt Valley very often, but I also never go to Baltimore City, so Hunt Valley is where I would have to go in order to get my Vaccaro‘s fix! Every time I go out there, I hold my breath, scared that the place has maybe closed. Thank goodness they are still open! The young lady that waited on me was fantastic.”

We stopped by this place for a quick, nutritious lunch after a doctor’s appointment and ordered the Happy Family. The food came out fast, hot, well seasoned, and delicious. The portion was huge — big enough for me and my two little kids.
Customer service was great. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. The place was clean, and the restroom was too.
We’ll definitely stop by again whenever we’re in town.”

One has just the provolone Cheese, meat, and mayonnaise, the other was loaded with provolone, meat, lettuce, tomato, fried onions, and pickles. They both had a side order of French fries. “I went to visit family and needed a place nearby that wasn't too expensive and chose the Embassy Suites. I've actually been to this place before but it's been easily 15-20 years since my last visit. The thing about Embassy Suites generally is that they're mostly the same - especially of the properties from the 80s era. Big, open central space and the rooms encircle it. The property is from that era and there are some things that show this in 2023 - like the old and slow elevators, but they've done a good job modernizing the place overall. Like my room. They gave me room 731 which is near the elevators closest to the lobby. Nice. The view overlooks an office park next door (there's not much to see in Hunt Valley). Imagine an 80s era room but modernized with marble counters and nicer fixtures with wifi, usb chargers and nice curtains and you've got 731. It was very pleasant and very comfortable. Since its a suite there's an outer room with seating and a kitchenette. I made use of the large screen tv to watch some movies and generally chill. Since it is an 80s-era bathroom, it's small. But they have modernized and it's perfectly fine. Shower was good with lots of pressure and everything worked. There is an indoor pool, but I did not use it. The breakfast is surprisingly good. Lots to choose from and the hot prepared food is pretty good also. No complaints. Staff was great. Welcoming, friendly, informative. Really, there's not much more I could ask for when on the road. I enjoyed my stay and would return again.”
