I am not sure if the kiosk is not reliable or it's user error. I have tried twice to use it but the second time I focused on accurately adding the amount of sugar I wanted but it didn't go through because the barista served my coffee with no sugar and looking at the receipt it didn't have any sugar amount. She begrudgingly added the sugar for me.The coffee is always tasty.

Great crew of people. They deserve nothing but positive recognition. It’s in a really convenient spot, so it gets busy, and they’re always doing their best.
The doughnut was as expected. The alarm was squelching about every 2 minutes. Extremely loud and annoying. I asked if they could attend to it and the reply was "that's just what it does all day". The alarm showed the back door was open. She said it was closed. I asked if the alarm could be reset and got the deer in the headlights look. The sound is deafening and emits from the dining area. I basically got laughed at for asking them to attend to their alarm system.

They made a mistake typing in the order then overcharged me almost $2 in difference for what I wanted, then tried to play it off as no big deal. I dont want to give free money away to a store when they made the mistake on top of that sadly there wasnt anyone willing to help me out and they blamed me for their mistake. I didnt make a scene but came here instead to let people know how they handle themselves

The restaurant in person I would give them 5 stars, but my rating is 100% for the delivery service they offer.We order from Uber Eats daily. Our daily order is coffee, donuts and sometimes hash browns or bacon. Todays order was two coffees, 6 donuts and 6 hash browns.As usual whoever packed this order REFUSED to do the normal quality check. How hard is it to look at the receipt on the bag and then look inside to make sure you have everything! It’s not for the driver to do, because the bag is sealed when they get there.Once again for a third day now, my kids are not getting hash browns because all six were missing! Yesterday it was the wrong donuts. I’ve called many times before asking that someone QA these orders going out. It’s not time consuming to do.It’s frustrating to plan your day, make a quick order for your house full of kids only to have the order show up without the items! I’m tired of having to always login to the application to upload pictures, write out my frustrations just to get back my money.Simply put, PLEASE QA EVERY ORDER GOING OUT.
