We hired The Omlette Guys to put on an early breakfast for both our office and field employees. Frank showed up early and efficiently set up his omlette and waffle stations in our lobby as well as a self serve coffee and juice bar. He cooked 4 to order omlettes at a time and had hot waffles on hand with warm syrup, fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Once service was complete (we paid for and hour with head count), he broke down, cleaned up, and left without a trace. I highly recommend The Omlette Guys and will strongly consider using them for a future event.

Delicious food, nice presentation, courteous professional staff....all the best rolled into one fantastic breakfast! Omelettes were delicious, as were the waffles. Fresh sliced strawberries and creme' fresh were a nice added touch! Five stars all the way....btw Chef Kelly was great! Looking forward to using The Omelette Guys again.
