We hired The Omlette Guys to put on an early breakfast for both our office and field employees. Frank showed up early and efficiently set up his omlette and waffle stations in our lobby as well as a self serve coffee and juice bar. He cooked 4 to order omlettes at a time and had hot waffles on hand with warm syrup, fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
