“I love this place ! Food is fresh and authentic. The manager and staff is always super helpful and friendly. I work in the area and usually go during my lunch break at least 3x a week. I recently had a gathering and ordered the 20 taco tray for 37 bucks and it was a total hit !“

“First time eating here and it didn’t disappoint. The inside is very small, maybe 10 tables plus 5 seats at bar. Colorfully decorated in Dia De Los Muertos sugar skulls. There’s no room to wait inside. Staff takes your contact info but a text when a table is ready. We were seated within 5 min. Menu had lots of choices from tacos to burritos. Staff was fast and accurate. Chips and salsa for the table. Portions were large. Red, green and yellow peppers in fajitas. We’ll visit again.“

“This is your average quick service in terms of its atmosphere and the service. Sometimes great, sometimes a little slower. However the fresh tortillas, and other ingredients are better than you are going to get at somewhere like subway. The portions are large, but the starting price is high for quick service food. It's usually two meals for me for about $13. Truly the mint limeade. I can't get enough of it.“

“My wife and I weren't having the best of days and headed out to aimlessly search for somewhere to eat and hopefully raise our spirits, we drove near Plaza Garibaldi and I was struck by the thought that their staff is family oriented, happy, and friendly. We were greeted with a smile taken to our table and had drinks chips and salsa in short order with smiles all around. Our day was improving from the start. We ordered the Spinach Dip for the first time and my wife enjoyed it, I would have preferred that the spinach leaves be thinly cut before adding them to the queso. She seemed to look at the long wilting leaves as a game while I considered them a way to get queso on my shirt. Sadly I don't recall her dinner, mine was Fajitas de Camaron the tortillas, onions, peppers, sour cream, and guacamole were all as expected and quite enjoyable. The shrimp were Plaza Garibaldi at times as its not uncommon for anyone passing by to check your drinks, ask if things are well, take empty dishes away; however, Plaza Garibaldi made us feel welcome, relaxed, and well looked after.“

During our first visits, the servers were more attentive, asking if we wanted more to drink and that type of thing. “This was the third time I've been in the last few months. It seems to get better every time. The most recent time was last evening. I ordered steak fajitas and they were amazing. Not only was the taste amazing it was enough food for three meals for me. I think the prices are quite reasonable especially with the amount of food you get. Our party of 15 ended up sitting in the bar area on high top tables due to our lack of putting reservations early enough but the server along with the bar tender gave us great service. “I was here today for lunch around 1:30 The place was very stuffy no air circling. I asked for the fans to be turned on and they were turned on. Then in about 5 minutes they were turned off and the A/C was on. My cousin and I both got the steak fajitas which were average. They had no yellow or red peppers in them. Which was odd. I did mention it to someone but I don’t think they understood me. Normally this is a great place but not today. I was very disappointed.“

“My wife and I were back in Annapolis for another overnight stay after moving nearly four years ago. After looking at its reviews, we decided to try El Toro Bravo II since it was close to our hotel and we were familiar with its sister restaurant on inner West Street.It’s in the building that used to be the French restaurant Les Folies. The atmosphere was typically Mexican with the decor and background music, and the service was exceptional. We were greeted immediately by the maitre d’, Jose Beltran, who personally escorted us to a good table and took our drink orders. Since I was driving, I ordered a Stella Artois Liberte, which was delivered promptly by our waiter Mauro, who poured it into a chilled glass, something I usually have to ask for.. When he noticed my wife adding ice from her water to her wine, he appeared with a glass full of ice. I ordered a special beef quesadilla dish recommended by Jose after listening to my preferences, and it was excellent. My wife had a taco salad, which was also very good. To finish, we shared a fried ice cream dessert, with cups of dark Colombian decaffeinated coffee, far richer than you get in most restaurants.We will be back on future visits.“

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Talk about a hole in the wall! I was in the area looking for a latino place to have dinner. This place came up. It's currently called David Latin Restaurant or something similar. This establishment is under new ownership and the family came out to meet my son and me. Not only was the food was delicious and very, very affordable, they had great customer service. Truthfully, reminded me of my mom's cooking. Yes, it needs a bit of TLC but the owners mentioned they are working to adding improvements. My family and I look forward to going back. Don't let the need for aesthetic improvements fool you, the food does not disappoint! You will not regret it!“

“The food was bland. The blandest I’ve ever tasted in my life. The Birria tacos were $10 and came with two tiny tacos and a small container of Birria sauce I couldn’t even get my taco into. No garnishes or sides or anything. Waitress never came back so had to go inside to ask for our check. She never gave us our water. Never checked in (I planned on asking for hot sauce at least to try to taste something besides sour meat) and the I truly believe the drink had zero alcohol in it. The overly iced glass not even filled $10 sangria. I will never step foot in this place again. Everything is bland and overpriced. People I was with complained of the same things. The waitress was so high she sat in the “bathroom” most the time we were there (that’s where the hostess stated she was if you ever need to find her) This is the first time in my life that the people I was with and I left with everyone not even eating a quarter of their plates and thirsty. And that says a lot seeing the tiny portions smh I miss the old restaurant that was there :(“

“We stopped in for dinner on a beautiful Sunday evening after a busy day watching our daughter compete athletically. We had a short 15 minute wait (for a booth inside) as was discussed with the polite young man at the host stand. The restaurant seemed to have a steady flow of guests with most tables occupied. Though there were also several tables unoccupied, they were in need of immediate attention being cleared. I noticed several staff meandering around but ignoring the unkept tables. Once we got sat, we were greeted by our server after maybe 5 minutes or so. He was very efficient in the beginning, quickly bringing our drinks and taking a food order for our hungry daughter. Her food came out fast which was fantastic. Once we placed the remaining food order, we basically never saw our server again. We asked other staff for a minor food correction, more chips & salsa, and other necessary things during our meal. THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING!! Came out within a timely manner. Our server came back to check on us as we were finishing up. He did bring me some containers for our unfinished food but no bag to place the different size containers in (which I couldn’t comfortably carry). Our table had zero dishes or glasses removed which made it challenging for me to pack up our food with all the clutter. I will say he was very kind in bringing me a bag of fresh chips to take home. When it was time for me to pay our bill, our server presented an electronic handheld device to process my credit card payment. Once payment was processed, and it was time for the gratuity to be added (mind you he’s still holding the small device but has it positioned where it’s partially visible to me) without hesitation, he starts to automatically press the 20% gratuity button as he says to me, “20% right?” I found this to be so brazen and incredibly rude. I told him I’d tip him accordingly which ended up being more than the 20% (after I had to walk up to the host stand to ask for a bag and ask why the handheld timed out before completing my payment with added gratuity). I’ve worked in this industry for longer than dirt and appreciate that he came to work so that my family and I could have a nice dinner out. I don’t know if this is standard procedure for your service staff to feel entitled to a certain tip percentage regardless of their effort or urgency, or if he just felt that he deserved that but he overstepped boundaries. I didn’t see any management or else I would’ve addressed it during our visit. I’d like to reiterate that our food was truly delicious and I’m thankful for those that showed up for their shift. We’ve always had lovely visits to your establishment without incident.“

“One night each week while my kiddo is at gymnastics, my boyfriend and I cheat on Hello Fresh and go to Bubbakoo's Burritos.This place always has excellent service; the staff will take time to explain their app, offer suggestions... but as we became regulars, they remember things before we have to remember them, little things like I'll need a to go box because I'll never finish my bowl, that I am going to ask for extra cheese, that Andrew will always ask for an extra queso, down to when I travelled for work, they asked where I was/if everything was okay. “Prices are a bit higher than other Peruvian chicken places. The employees were very nice. My husband got tacos and he enjoyed them I got chicken with green beans and rice. It was pretty good. Chicken was a little drier than other Peruvian chicken places but still very tasty. The sides were amazing. We split a tres leches that was great.“
