Great food which is absolutely consistent from location to location.What I don't understand is why there are such differences in way you get pick up orders and the timing of how food is prepared from store to store.At this particular location my smoothie was sitting out on a shelf, not refrigerated and was ready nearly 10 minutes before my food was.I'm not sure why that makes sense at this particular location. Tropical Smootie recently removed most of their sandwiches for some reason. they now have a limited menu. This location must be under new ownership because the cashier was very slow and didn’t know some items. The smoothie makers are different too, they used to be faster and more efficient. But overall the food is still good.

I have no idea what the girl at the counters problem was but she didn’t greet us or nothing when we came in the store. Even when I spoke to her at the register she didn’t say anything like I get it if you don’t like your job but why are you not speaking it’s rude.
