“I grew up in Lake Shore but live in Rochester, NY. This is our place to get a taste of Maryland when we visit! Always great flavor and huge portions. Additionally, friendly, helpful staff! As my 83yr old mom navigates cancer treatment and little appetite, her bright spot is the funnel fries and a cup of soup. We thank you for being patient with us on New Year's Eve as the last customers of the night! Forever customers!“

“Derrick the greeter at the front desk was awesome. He explained they were short staffed and that he would seat us as soon as possible. He seated us after having to deal with an ultra annoying customer with a party of 7 who looked like he just got done with his dodgeball league match or competitive tag league. Derrick showed great composure with dealing with this pushy clown. I would go back any time. Great job Derrick!“

“Friendly service in the neighborhood favorite. Huge portions of delicious food, I have lamb skewers and my husband had the gyro platter, we both had leftovers for lunch the next day. Full bar, delicious margarita, southwest egg rolls, stuffed grape leaves and spiced olives were great apps. The home made baklava was a sweet end to a fabulous meal.“

“My daughter's basketball team came on a Monday evening to celebrate the end of their season with ice cream. I called and spoke to Natalie in advance to make sure they could accommodate our group of over 20. She welcomed us to come, identified a space large enough for our group, and she and the rest of the staff did a great job of helping and serving us during our visit. Highly recommend this location!“

“This has been a regular stop on our travels for years. The food and service are consistantly good. Our burgers are, indeed, always grilled right. I love the unique monthly shake flavors, though wider straws would help keep the larger fruit bits from clogging it, or just being stuck at the bottom. “I worked through lunch and grabbed this burger, no fries and drank water. Didn't want to spoil dinner later. Basic burger, can't be beat. Food arrived quickly but normal customer service interaction is non-existent. Person delivering food to table said nothing. Great burger nonetheless.“

“To start with, our cashier, Hayzel, was super nice and patient! When she took our order she had a level tone and was very attentive about when we were ready to give her our order. Using the drive through can be hectic, especially with children, but she did great!Once we got home and were able to eat, our food was super delicious! Well cooked, fries could have been a little crispier, but I get they may have had a slower day so the fries sat under the lamp too long. Other than that, great service and burgers were on point!“

I love the fact that they still give the free ice cream with their kids meal even on delivery platforms but that isn’t what this is about. The employees here go ABOVE AND BEYOND every time and I appreciate them so much for it. The food is always consistently delicious and their customer service is outmatched- I truly believe Chic Fil A modeled their customer service platform off this restaurant!“

“Stop everything and head straight to this boardwalk fries restaurant! I can't even begin to describe how incredible the cheese steak and fries were – it's like a taste of heaven on a plate. The cheese steak was loaded with juicy, flavorful meat and melted cheese, perfectly complemented by the crispy, golden fries. And let me tell you, the portion sizes were HUGE – I couldn't believe my eyes when the food arrived. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, leaving me craving more even after I was stuffed! If you're a fan of mouthwatering comfort food done right, do yourself a favor and visit this place ASAP. You won't regret it!“

“My husband enjoyed his burger. The fries were slightly overcooked. The wings and shakes are good too. Person working the front counter seemed irritated by having to take our order. Sorry, not sorry. It was our first time in and I wasn't going to use a kiosk when there is a person who can take my order quicker than I can enter it into a kiosk“

“First time I visited it in a long time, but wanted a good breakfast, including pancakes. Friends suggested it and I wasn't disappointed. My waitress was excellent, friendly, and the 2 scrambled eggs, 2 big pancakes, 2 crisp bacon strips, order of hash browns, plus small pitcher of coffee were excellent. It was a little noisey, but after all, it is a family restaurant and that's to be expected. I highly recommend it, especially for a good breakfast at a fair price.“

“The young lady was wonderful! I believe her name was 'youme'. I'm sure I got that wrong. All of her recommendations were on point. My fruity drink which was a house special was delicious; I can't remember the name. The burgers and garlic parmesan fries were hot and delicious as were the garlic broccoli. The manger came over and checked to see how we were doing. Listen if you want good burgers go here and ask for 'youme' she's a sweet, young, African American girl. We gave her a $100.00 tip on a 70ish dollars check. It was because she circled that table, removed dishes, and kept checking on us with a wonderful smile. We always look for servers like this young lady to bless.“

“Last week my wife and I notice their truck on the road and we were curious about what it is. So yesterday we pull up right in front of it. After a quick shop around the other stores we step inside WNB and it’s clean on the inside. They were welcoming. Friendly staff. We order a burger, steak and cheese and wings with fries. “I have not been to a GT in probably a decade. My son and I went to the one in Waugh Chapel today. I like the new menu, prices are fair, and service was great. Joe welcomed us, was our server, and was a delight. Happy Hour food prices were great and quesadilla was nice. Son enjoyed his cheeseburger. Most outstanding was the Peach Tea with real peaches.We mixed it with some Sprite and just as good. Hopefully, they have a Miami Dolphins group there in the fall to watch games. We will be back. Bring back the Club sandwich though.“

“Drive thru. Gave me the wrong food and no drink. Gives me the right food, but items are missing. Still no drink. Get the missing items and have to ask for the drink. Gave me the wrong drink. Food was good. Not a fan of those potato coin hash browns but they were good. Wish they still had the cinnamon raisin biscuits.“
