I ordered some sour cream and onion pretzels from this specific location. When I arrived home, settled in and took the pretzels out to eat, I noticed all of them had a brownish powder all over (photo attached).The sour cream and onion which I have ordered many times since the 90s always has a whitish powder. Pretzel dogs are never fresh or you always have to wait to get them made. And they always look like they have been sitting out all night long and just brushed with butter in the morning. Service here is always hit or miss.
