Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever went to. I ordered a cake online. When I went to pick it up, they didn’t make it, because they were out of the ice cream I had chosen. No phone call, no email, nothing. I had no choice but to grab a cake they had on hand. They gave me $10 credit towards the cake I was forced to buy. It took two weeks and 5 phone calls from me to the customer help dept. Before I got a phone call back from John Henry the franchise owner. He was of no help,...read full review
