The last three times I've gone here I have ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage. I've gotten a breakfast sandwich with bacon and the bread is hard as a rock and the eggs are apparently from the day before. It's gross. Three strikes, you're out!
The service was prompt but unfriendly. They made my egg and cheese on croissant without roasting it. Cold croissant, cold and unmelted cheese, and warm egg. I asked them about it at pickup and the woman rudely said that I have to ask for it to be warmed up. I've never had to in the past. I just expected a hot sandwich to be hot. She did heat it up and it tasted good but then later she looked at me, giggled, and said "puta," very audibly, which I understand is a slur in Spanish.I...read full review

Love this Dunkin, I am a frequent customer who visits this location multiple times a week. However, whoever has been taking orders at the drive thru Friday 2/16 & Monday 2/19 morning needs to be taken off the drive thru window. They have been getting orders completely wrong really frustrating and disappointing.
