“My food was pretty good however, the quanity each person received was different. The person in front of me was given a considerable amount more than I was, and a couple of people after me were too. I don't want to sound piggish but it isn't cheap to eat there! I received a smaller amount of the meat and cheese portion of my bowl. (The most expensive items ? )So.. maybe they play favorites or do it unconsciously or who knows why. There have been times I probably received more than others too. I just wish they would make your order the same as everyone else's of the same kind and make everyone happy! Just food for thought...“
“Several people at work order from here at least once a week. I tried the new chicken quesadilla and I'm hooked...except that I didn't get my three included sides the last time, which was disappointing. I can't entirely blame the restaurant; I think that the person ordering for us forgot to click on my rice. Otherwise, this is just about perfect and the food really sticks to your ribs. You won't be starving by dinner eating this food!“
“I order from this location a fair amount, and they always do a pretty good job. My carnitas today was poorly shredded, and I got like 2 large chunks; didn't love that. Also, I don't love how this chipotle and many others have abandoned the pick up shelves. They never put the order out for retrieval which creates a confusing situation as I try to push through everyone else to figure out if mine is ready. I get people may be taking the wrong orders, but let's fix that another way. Otherwise, delicious and fast?Parking: Plenty of parking in a dedicated lot.“
“Due to the busy nature of the location, I highly recommend using the app and self-picking up. In several instances, the staff has displayed an attitude as if I am a bother to them. Staff frustration is a result of a lack of organization, in my opinion. The effort and quality is definitely there!“
