Sat in the line for 10minutes for our food ...this is about the 5th time this has happened...I keep giving them a chance but looks like going to have to switch from this location.Very slow, never prepared for multiple orders.Because of the wait the food was not fresh ...the fries were cold.
The West Frederick McDonald's is a run of the mill McDonald's in a Dollar Tree anchored strip mall on the western edge of Frederick near US 15. The crew was straight forward and accommodating in our order which was near the turnover from breakfast to lunch. The ordertaker offered to let us order in either breakfast or lunch. Two young gentleman working at the two windows at drive thru were awesome. They wanted to make sure I got what I ordered. Although the guy who worked inside made a mistake they made sure I was satisfied. Thumbs up for the professionalism and hard work! However, the guy in the blue shirt (assuming the manager?) seemed annoyed that I asked for no ice and cream in my coffee (I'm lactose intolerant and prefer darker coffee). They need to pick the right person to be in charge.
