I was there. I had this dream that when ever I'm visiting the US, I will pay a trip to my old time friend Sabina the CEO of Motherland Kitchen in Fredrick and that we did on the 27th of May 2022. This evening we enjoyed a seriously amazing African meal! The curried chicken, jollof rice, spinach pumpkin seed stew with fufu and beef stew were all amazing! Sabina surely has blessed hands and is an absolutely delight! We will be back again and again!

We went to Motherland restaurant today for the first time. Sabina prepares food that tastes great. Both vegan and meat and fish dishes are available. Herbs and spices and healthy oils create a potpourri of wonderful flavors and create a satisfying meal without the use of salt. Vegans now have a new choice for flavorful meals.
