“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This is very much a local rural place. The atmosphere, patrons, and decor reflect that. This is not a health food place, but the food is delicious. Lots of good beers on tap, as well as a good selection of wines. We had the breaded and fried chicken livers and oysters. They were done to perfection although the breading was a bit over the top. Also had good salad and shrimp dishes. Services was excellent even though there was only one person to serve about 15 customers.“
“Best waitress hands down at this restaurant! She made my boys smile, catered to my allergies and was just extremely genuine. It was one of the last days on vacation, I was sleep deprived and sadly I can’t recall this sweet women’s name. Thank you for being kind. There needs to be more people like this women in the world.“
“We love Matsutake, we have been eating here and ordering takeout for years. Last night, we ordered our usual to go order, they forgot both of the sauces and the food just wasn't the usual quality that we expect. I ordered the hibachi lobster and scallops, I had about 1/2 lobster tail and 3 scallops.... yes, that's correct, there were only 3 scallops in my order. I have ordered this before and I have gotten more than three in the past. The sushi was good as always. I just feel like for the price we paid, the food could have been better. They didn't look that busy when I picked up my order.“
“Wonderful Small town restaurant that accomodated 20 of us!Finished a late Fall car cruise at this restaurant for lunch with 20 friends and 15 cars. We had called ahead to let them know and they were ready for us. Our waitress Stephanie was very sweet and efficient.Food portions were scrumptious and HUGE. I did not have it but witnessed the largest omelette I have ever seen in my life.We would go back in a minute!“
