“This Taco Bell location on West Patrick St. is the best in Frederick. Every time I order, there is never a mess up and everything is always hot and fresh! Customer service here is 5/5. Whoever the Store Manager is deserves a pay raise. Staff are very friendly & professional as well. Come here if you want Taco Bell, they do it right!I live much closer to the 7th street location and I avoid going there, the service there is awful, food is cold and sloppy and I know its fast food but sometimes the wrapper is drenched in liquid/water...seems like the workers are half-assin all the time and very rude and have made insults.Again just to be clear, Taco Bell on 40/West Patrick is always on point! “My kid had pissed his pants in the FSK shopping mall. I didn't have spare pants for him, only a diaper. This meant drive-thru was the ONLY option for lunch. And that's where this Taco Bell drive-thru came in and saved the day!Parking: They have parking space for cars that you can park in.Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed to eat food here and I think that's fair.“
“Ordered the crunch wrap supreme meal. I've had this several times from Taco Bell however this one seemed like they made it with a tortilla shell that was way too big or they didn't fill my wrap up enough. It just wasn't done properly. After removing the excess wrap, it was still tasty. Service wasn't good or bad it was average.Vegetarian options: They can make any selection vegetarian all you have to do is ask.“
“Although the food was good and I have no complaints about the food, the place seems to need a little bit of love to make it look like the taco Bell it was because it's starting to look old n dirty in my opinion. It's not so bad that you take a look and think you might get sick or get bad food, but enough to notice that the rain made black lines on the exterior of the building in areas and little things like that. For the most part the employees were nice, with the exception of one young lady I wish I got the name of, and I did get my order fresh, hot, correct and fast. Over all I give this particular Taco Bell location 4 stars, but I do think it'd be nice to have someone take a look at a few minor cosmetic issues there so the atmosphere and look matches the product they put out. ?Parking: There's not much to say other than there's definitely parking ?Kid-friendliness: Although they don't have a play area I did see booster seats and they do have dishes suitable for kids. My 3 tore up some Taco Bell ?Wheelchair accessibility: They do have handicap spaces as well as an area right at the door where the sidewalk does meet the height of the road for wheelchairs to easily get into the sidewalk as well as anyone using anything else in order to walk.“
