There was a lot of beef in the entrees and appetizers; we each got something different all our choices were delicious. And the luncheon menu was a lot less expensive for the dishes we chose“

“A Mexican restaurant with some surprises. One of us got cajun jambalaya. Not Mexican. Not bad. I wasn't looking for a touch of New Orleans, but they nailed the sauce, with chicken and shrimp cooked just right. Our other dishes were traditional: shrimp fajitas and chicken fajitas. Again properly cooked and seasoned. Plenty of components to add into the tortilla wrapper. We finished with tres leches dessert. Moist and sweet as it was designed. Is 4 stars harsh? I based it on other Mexican restaurants that are on this level. For 5 stars, I needed them to be a cut above.“

Mild, delicious flavors there but the chicken was falling off the bone.Horchata was very good and large and $4. “This is our Friday date night place. Where else can you spend a whole evening enjoying drinks, great Salvadorian / Mexican food, and listening to very good karaoke singers (mostly in Spanish). Order appetizers, have a beer, and order dinner when you're ready. Most restaurants hurry you to get your meal and give up the table - not here! They welcome families to set up several tables and party all evening. This is a real hidden treasure in Germantown. They have karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays. We've tried nearly every dish they serve, and they are all excellent! Try the pargo Frito if you love fish.“

This is the place where the locals go...and that's how we knew it would be good. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The waitress was very friendly and attentive until it got too busy for her.
