“Enjoyed a wonderful date night for my husband's birthday. The food was good, but I was definitely disappointed in the Prime Rib Special. The cut was smaller than expected, the cook on it improperly done, definitely NOT rare!!!! I had such high expectations but was definitely disappointed. It was also 1/2 price wine bottle night. However, there was no way the bottle was worth the original $40/bottle!!!!“

“Great dinner last night. We booked a mid week get away at the inn and booked a reservation at the restaurant. We were quite pleased with the dinner. We both had a cocktail and for starters my bride had the Caesar salad and I had the Cream crab soup. Both towered excellent. For dinner we ordered the pork chop and the 2 crab cakes. Both were delicious. The crab cake was all crab not breadcrumbs like other places. We brought a dessert back to room and enjoy our crème brûlée a bit later. All and all a great evening.“

“I recently discovered The Retriever Bar & The Decoy Bottle Shop. The owner, Neyah, is down-to-earth and knows his stuff when it comes to high quality spirits. I was impressed by their extensive collection of highly sought after bottles such as Fortaleza (blanco, reposado, and añejo), not to mention the allocated bourbons they had available for tasting with options for both full and half pours. The food was the cherry on top! I also got to walk about with a bottle of G4 Repo and XA! Will definitely be returning here. “My new favorite place in town. Love this little hidden away gem where the service is great, the servers listen to what you ask for and deliver exactly what you wanted. Crispy bacon on my club? You’d be amazed how often I say that and get limp, chewy bacon. Not here. And price wise I think it’s one of the better deals in town for most items. Check it out…you won’t be disappointed.“
