We were looking for a new restaurant to try and found Ji Bei Chuan Noodle House. We got the octopus celery salad, braised platter, assorted beef dry-mixed rice noodle, and supreme fish maw & chicken. There was a good amount of octopus in the octopus celery salad and it was tasty, but it needed some more acidity. This spot has great authentic Chinese food. Service is quick, I was greeted within a minute of my arrival. The restaurant had a delightful ambiance. I would definitely recommend to all my friends
Ji Bei Chuan Noodle House serves authentic Chinese noodle dishes. Both the dry noodles and soup noodles were delicious. It quickly became our go-to noodle spot. What initially brought me here was their most popular dish, Fish Maw and Chicken Rice Noodle Soup. It's rare to find restaurants in the DMV area that serve fish maw with morel mushrooms, cordyceps fungi, and goji berries. Those ingredients usually found in the nutritious soups my family makes.
