Customer service here is abysmal. Not sure who runs this place but they reallyyyyy need to step it up!!! If you're ordering ice cream they will have you standing over there for 5 minutes before they think to mention that you have to place your order on the other side. It's just general disregard for the customer. Also if you want a shake, they won't mix two flavors. I've never had an issue with that at another Baskins Robbins. Had to use drive thru because doors were locked 20mins before closing.Trouble with hearing on both sides, had to almost yell order. The bag fell to ground during transfer, but it was okay because the wrong donut was given anyway!

Food isnt great. Donuts are good. Drinks are hit or miss but most of the time are good. Not sure why it went from making the coffee to askong what you want in it but for someone who doesnt get coffee often, i just want someone to make it for me without questions. Luckily a guy supervising helped me out last time i ordered mocha coffee and made for me.
