Was given the wrong order and came back to let them know they gave me the wrong drink with a flavor I'm allergic to. They tried to tell me I couldn't get my correct drink and to keep the drink I was given. Finally another woman gave me another drink. When I pulled off I heard them laughing at my allergy. I should have drank it and slapped them with a lawsuit

Went to get some food and arrived 30 minutes before closing. Doors were locked and the restaurant was completely empty, no drive through either. I have no idea why but this seems to happen more than once during our last visit they locked the door behind us nearly an hour before closing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. On Saturday the 17th, at 6pm. I arrived and went through the drive-thru. I placed my order and they didn't understand me. They yelled at me telling me to go through the window. I work in customer service and I think that the people who work there should not yell at their customers.

The absolute worse Dunkin' i have ever been to. The waits are forever no matter what, whether you go to the drive-thru or walk in or.. order ahead!! The customer service is horrible. They would rather have conversations with each other than help the customers. I have spoke with the manager already and apparently this is done nothing. He was supposed to review the cameras but the same stuff continues to happen.
